+ -1 moreexcellent service by the individual that responded to our emergency. house was repiped about one year ago and a joint broke in bathroom and flooded most of house. this companies employee got all of the carpet/ padding removed before walls were water damaged.
Description of Work: removed water and soaked carpet/ padding after plumbing leak. responded to emergency call very quickly and saved me money by removing carpet/ padding so fast. cleaned carpets a year ago and we were happy with that job also.

+ -1 moreThe worker that Big Red Steam Clean sent out was not as good as the one before. He did not pay attention to details and was not as efficient as the previous one.
Description of Work: Big Red Steam Clean steam cleaned three rooms and a hallway. This did not include scotch guarding.
