+ -1 moreWhen the fellow arrived it took him 5 minutes to complete the estimate and he immediately required a $ 75.00 payment for the estimate which was never mentioned when the appointment was made. The quote was later sent and the office staff was rather rude (new staff).
Description of Work: I called them for an estimate on defective glass for windows that they originally installed in the house.

+ -1 moreNot good at all will never call them again and would not recommend them I guess my job wasn't a very big job so not interested in doing it.
Description of Work: First appointment no one from company showed up and didn't call. I called again company person came and said he would get back to me with estimate but didn't. After two weeks called again and was told that someone would call me back but didn't.

+ -1 moreThe door installation went smoothly. The two workers arrived 15 minutes early and began work. The broken door was removed with a minimum of dust and mess. The installation of the new door and all the framing was extremely well done. They really knew what they were doing; real pros. They cleaned up everything afterward and I am really pleased with the quality of the door and its operation.
Description of Work: Had Mr. Don Gibson of Big D Building Center give me an cost estimate for replacing a sliding glass patio door that was no longer operational. Don's estimate was the least expensive of the three estimates. On 14 October 2011, I called Don and stated that I wanted him to do the work. He ordered the door and I paid him for the cost of the door with the balance due (labor costs) to be paid upon installation. The door was installed on 3 Nov.
