Big City Lawns

I wrote a check for these people and they were coming back on 6/21 and this was Big City Lawn Care in Jacksonville. They never serviced me, but they left me hanging with a check for $50. They were going to charge me a hundred dollars a month for weekly or $40 for every two weeks. I agreed and said okay when can you start, okay you start Wednesday the 21st. I wrote the check on the 21st; I been expecting them ever since they never showed up, so I had to go with somebody else. They avoided me. I texted them; I got proof I wrote the text and everything. He comes back and says we told him that we already had found somebody else and that's not true. Then, my wife texted him from her phone, and a different phone number and said sure, then they agreed to come and everything, but we never gave them the address. I have the check on the refrigerator waiting on them to come and do the service, but they just left me hanging and that's bad. They don't pick up the phone and answer. We leave the messages; they don't return my messages. They're very selective, the area where they at, yeah no problem we work over there, but never showed up. What he did was not cool, you don't do that in business. He did have a good price. The problem is he left us hanging. He gave me a decent price and everything, which is average in the area. So, I agreed to it. He said this first time, I'm going to charge an extra $10, I said that's fine I understand.

Miguel was very helpful and took care of my lawn care needs promptly. I couldn't be happier. They even fixed a broken sprinkler and moved my garbage bins in from the driveway. He texted me pictures after completion since I live out of town. Excellent professionalism.

It has been a very long time since I have met a person with such a work ethic - he exceeded my expections a hundred times over!!! He is very professional! I explained what I was looking for and he went to work - HE DID AN ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL JOB!!!! Was done in one day and the yard looks GREAT!!! I will definitely call on him again and again!! The cost of the clean up was well worth it!!!!
