They were very professional and very reasonable in price. They did all the ARC paperwork. They were very helpful in pointing out other projects that they had done so I could go and see them. He was on time and did the job properly.

We got 3 bids, they had the lowest bid. The estimator was the most professional. He knew what he was doing. We had to put 8 ft vinyl fence on the sides due to our HOA, he suggested a transition down the back so that we wouldn't lose our view of the woods. He got all the proper permits necessary. They installed the fence in 1 day. Overall, I was very pleased.

Could not be more happy. I needed a fence, got three estimates and spoke to others that had various companies install fences. Best Fence had the best price and were very 'hands on' having someone look at my property twice to ensure estimate & final work order was what I wanted. Their project manager is very persistant and thorough to make sure I have all the details(permits/city paperwork) needed to begin installation and with scheduling the installation. Fence went up, everything looks great.

I live in a new community development in this area, and heard that Best Fence was offering a discount for new homeowners in this community. I needed a specific style of metal fencing in order to (1) satisfy HOA/ARB requirements and (2) satisfy county swimming pool codes since I was planning to install a pool in the near future. I had not even moved into the home yet, and their sales representative came out and met with us for an estimate and actually showed up at the scheduled time (and you know that's a shocker for anyone with a relatively new home because that almost NEVER happens!). The estimate was handled very professionally, and the price was far better than the installer the builder/HOA was recommending. They also coordinated with our next-door neighbor to make sure that our separate fence installation was joined properly for aesthetic reasons, as well as to keep the HOA/ARB happy. Best fence handled all HOA/ARB related issues -- we just provided them with the required forms. The installation went without a hitch, and they even offered several suggestions on the placement of the two gates so we could make better use of them. On a side note, I got an entertainment "kick" out of one of the installers looking like a miniature Hulk Hogan -- made me do a double-take! There's an additional part to this story that shows the level of professional of this company. Eight months later, we get a notice from the HOA that says one side of our fence is approximately 1-2 feet outside of our property line and into the common area behind our home. Apparently the rather small photocopy of the site survey that we provided to them did not show a slight curve in the property line as well as a larger survey print would have. The HOA/ARB had already performed a final inspection on this fence 8 months prior and approved the fence installation as-is. Best Fence could have easily taken that stance and refused to move the fence at such a late date or could have charged us for moving it. They spoke with a senior HOA representative and came to a resolution that they would move the fence, and did it without charging the HOA or me. I am sure a predominate reason they did it was to get future neighborhood business through the HOA/ARB, but I think it illustrates that this is a smart company with the business savvy to know that their customers' HOA/ARB's have to be kept happy in order to keep their customers happy. On a side note while the team was out moving the fence, they broke a sprinkler pipe. Not only did they repair the pipe, but when the went to turn off the water at the valve box, they discovered a rather nasty and aggressive cotton mouth (snake) in the box. I had a pole snare, but couldn't get a good grab on this snake. Once of the workers snagged it and relocated it in a street sewer a safe distance from the property. Talk about above and beyond the call of duty! Snake charming services for free!

Excellent work, I am very satisfied with the result.

The quality of the fencing and installation was excellent. But the service was poor. The crew from Best Fence spilled cement on the driveways and then it rained, staining the pavers. It took two months for them to fix it. They had every excuse in the book for the delay.

The reason I would not hire Best Fence back is because the quality of work was just not there. Like most companies, they used subcontractors for some of the work. I think they wanted to get the job done quickly and were not concerned with doing a good job.
