Excellent. They were quick they completed it in one day. They showed up on time when they were supposed to. The job was managed very well. The cleanup was excellent. They were very good about their follow up.

Best Choice came out and did my roof. I have a patio attached to my back porch THAT DIDN'T LEAK before they put on the new roof. Now it leaks. They came out to look at the issue and now are basically saying it is my problem. I DO NOT recommend Best Choice Roofing simply because they do not seem to care about the customer. If this was a warranty repair (where they get $$ to fix the issue) they would be all over it. Since it is an issue where BCR gets no money to repair they are unwilling to go any further. AVOID THIS COMPANY!!! Plenty of other honest companies out there. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!

Not a single "surprise". A great experience and we will hire him again!
Description of Work: an area of our porch roof was in disrepair... We had heard of Cliff because of a family member's positive experiences with him. We interviewed several roofers, but only Cliff was specific in what was needed and gave a fair and specific appraisal. He was consistent, accessible, prompt, and thorough. He did what he said he would in a thorough and workmanlike manner when he said he would do it His was not the least expensive of our estimates, but it was within range and his reputation for excellence is well earned. When we have to replace our entire roof in the future, we will go no further than to call and hire Cliff Couser.
