I went in, I had already decided what model I wanted. They didn't have it in stock, I paid the money, and it arrived when they said it would the following week. It was a gas range, so I have to have the gas people install it. With Thanksgiving and Christmas, it's still sitting in the living room. The price was a little high, but the people were nice. The sale was good, it's normally $2200. They were on time.
Description of Work: We bought a gas range from Best Buy.

It is okay. I had a bunch of issues and it took me a while to get them straightened out but I got them straightened out. I used Best Buy because there is no anybody else in town that will come out and do what they do so to speak. It wasn't a good experience but they finally made it right. They messed up some wiring and messed up the new TV set but they ended up replacing that and giving me a credit so it all worked out. I'd use them if I don't have any other option, if I have another option I wouldn't.
Description of Work: For stereo I used Best Buy.
