Outstanding from the initial meeting to completion of all the work. We were in the process of getting quotes to replace all the windows in our home (11), when we received notification from our home owners insurance that we needed to replace our roof or risk a cancelation of our insurance. We shifted from exploring replacement cost for the windows to removal and replacement of the roof. Our home is a 1904 SF single story home. We had roofing quotes from $7,500.00 to $14,000.00, this large difference was making our search very difficult, plus it was looking pretty likely that we would not be able to replace both the roof and the windows. While searching on Angie's List for roofing companies, we came across Benton Integrity Roofing Systems. Benton also offers services for replacement windows by Pella. After leaving a notification to Benton we were contacted by Kirk Rainey of Benton. Kirk went out of his way to schedule appointments with both myself and my wife so that we would both have opportunities to ask and have questions answered. Kirk's knowledge of the replacement of our roof was equally matched by his knowledge of the Pella windows Benton could also offer us. Kirk and Benton were able to give a price for full removal and replacement of our roof, plus full removal and replacement of our windows of around $15,0000.00. After installation the price did go up a little due to additional wood replacement needed on our roof (this was expected). The roof installation was done by Benton professionals in a matter of 2.5 days, from removal to final clean up. All 11 windows were removed and replaced within 1.5 days, and the best part was that I had absolutely no additional work to do after the installation not even touch up painting. Kirk came by during the installation of both the roof and the windows and after all final inspections were completed. Repairs of these types are always a big investment and solid decisions are sometimes difficult to make on something you are not all that familiar with.
