They intstalled the current units and have serviced them for several years. We have no complaints.

My unit stopped cooling last fall, and as they were the company that installed it, I called them to check it. The technician determined that the refrigerant had leaked out, WITHOUT checking where or how it leaked out. This call cost me approximately $230. Well, a month later it had leaked out again. I called them again, and the technician added refrigerant (without my permission), THEN afterwards, told me that the coil was leaking. He could have done a diagnostic on the first visit, and saved me the cost of recharging it twice (I am a new homeowner and was ignorant about all of this). This cost me another $165. Now it is spring, and I'm getting estimates for the repair. I include this company, among others. They give me an estimate, THEN put a claim on the part (it is under warranty) WITHOUT telling me, so that when I contract with another company to do the job, they can't get the part because it was already claimed. I had to contact the manufacturer to get them to release the part. AFTER they were made to release the part, they call me and say that they HAVE the part and are ready to install it. I never contracted with them to do the job, only give an estimate. All in all, I think they acted in a dishonest / underhanded manner. That is why I am giving them an overall score of F.
