Description of Work: Provided tile and thinset for tiling a kitchen wall / backsplash.

Description of Work: AVOID THIS BUSINESS AT ALL COSTS !! We went to Bedrosian Tile to research two things: (1) some travertine boder for a tiling project in our bathroom and (2) an appropriate grout type to grout the tiling project once it was completed. We found the travertine border that we wanted. We went to the service counter to order the specific grout because the salesperson told us that it was not currently in stock. We told the assistant behind the counter that the tiling project was 17" by 25". She told us that we needed to order TWO packages of the specfic grout that we wanted. We paid for both of the 52 pound bags of grout and it was ordered. The order arrived on 08.03.12. We we went to pick up the grout order and saw TWO 52 pounds bags for this small project, we asked the assistant behind the counter if - after completing the project - we had not opened one of the bags of grout, could it be returned. The response was "no", the grout had been ordered and could not be returned (even though it was obviously carried in the store. Orginally the sales representative showed us the sample of the grout and, when we said that was the color we wanted, told us that it was not currently in stock and so it would have to be ordered). We explained to the sales associate that, when the grout was orginally ordered, the sales representative was told that the ENTIRE project was only 17" by 25" and that she was the one who told us that we needed 2 bags of the grout. Was still told that we could not return any of the unopened grout. In the end - the project required one half of ONE bag. CLEARLY this was a con ! We will NEVER return to this store and will make sure that any friends/associates considering the purchase of tile steer VERY CLEAR of this place !
