Transaction complete. | Certainly the expectation I suspect for both of us was to move forward with an implementation plan; I did not. Description of Work: Dan came out a couple of weeks after I made my purchase for a consultation and design. On his first visit he looked over my yard and we talked about what I wanted done. He came back a second time with a designer. They made a sketch of what and where everything would go including my 5 pallets of zoysia sod. Dan is very knowledgeable and addressed all my questions including the type sod to be used. A couple of weeks layer I received a layout drawing and an itemized cost. I will discuss a couple of changes with him and see what he thinks. Dan is very professional in his work. The time between Dan's initial list and when I received the proposal was approximately 4 weeks. I anticipate letting him do the work in the coming year.

Description of Work: Dan made 2 trips to my house to discuss a landscape plan. The first was to discuss what I wanted. The second to make some final measurements. A plan was emailed to me in a PDF. I was very pleased with the service and the price. I plan to seek bids from this company in the future to complete some of the work.

 + 2 moreSeveral years ago they installed my initial landscaping and irrigation. Due to a change in life situation, I didn't maintain the landscaping very well and it became overgrown. I contracted with them to refresh the landscaping, add a walkway to my deck, and then to perform weekly mowing/weeding/irrigation maintenance. I am very happy with the results of both experiences. For the initial landscape work several years ago, their proposal was the most creative, the best use of our property, and matched what we really wanted (but had a hard time explaining :-).
Description of Work: Refreshed landscaping, installed flagstone walkway Refreshment included significant weeding and de-vining, remulching large areas, adding plants, bushes, bamboo, and other greenscape, re-tuning irrigation.
