Description of Work: Initially were not aware that the request was through Angies list, but got that cleared up. Did get a detailed quote and drawing of a proposal for landscaping that we currently are negotiating with the co. on.

Description of Work: What I was to get was a drawing for a new driveway and landscaping. They worked very hard and very long to get the drawing to my complete satisfaction.

Description of Work: Dan is very professional, punctual and knowledgeable. We first meet in March of 2015, he did a plan and reviewed it with me on 4/13. Our timing is to do the work later this year and Beautiful Blooms will be my service provider.

Description of Work: They completely redid a drainage ditch and turned it into a "river bed" with multiple sizes of rock, a variety of plants, trees, etc. They also laid sod on both sides of the house,added plants around the front of the house, moved a fence as well as putting in a gray granite path along one side of the house.

Description of Work: Beautiful Blooms provided/e-mailed a sketch (hand drawn) along with a typed invoice. I spoke personally with the owner several times as he had to reschedule due to (his) personal events. i was extremely accommodating only asking that he provide us with a great plan. We had just moved to Florida from Wisconsin and I explained that we were not familiar with some of the plants and would need the plan along with an explanation of the plant material he was proposing. After the last reschedule he promised to get me a plan within 2 weeks. Two weeks passed and I called him only to learn that he was again on his way out of town for an event. He apologized and I reminded him that he set the timeline. Since he was leaving I told him I would wait because, again, I wanted a thoughtful process to occur. Instead it appears he scratched out a plan along with a huge bill and sent it to me. Not acceptable and essentially the end for us. BYW - I took the plan to three different landscape companies all of which stated they would never send a plan out to a customer like that and there was too much plant material. Suffice it to say, I gave Beautiful Blooms numerous opportunities for my business and they just did not meet our expectations. Did I want to write this review - No. But Angie's List kept pushing me to do it. I had already told them I was dissatisfied with the service when they called. I'm sure this review won't make or break Beautiful Blooms business. I am happy others were satisfied - however, we were extremely, extremely disappointed that we did not receive "A" rated service.

Description of Work: I can't say enough how happy we are with our new back yard! What started as a weed/dirt filled space behind our house with a small builder-grade patio and beating sun was transformed by Dan (owner)and his team into our home's biggest asset. We now have a lush green lawn with new irrigation system, ligustrum bushes that will offer privacy as they grow, a gorgeous tumbled paver patio that runs the length of our house (complete with beautiful seating walls) and a covered pergola. Not only is the end result spectacular, but the process was pleasant. With a complete yard re-do, there were a lot of moving parts from the initial project planning, getting Association approval and city permits to coordinating different teams for all of the work that was done. Dan and his "right arm" Gary, were on top of everything - making recommendations, answering our endless questions and keeping us in the loop on what would happen when. The team was very professional, arriving on time (weather permitting), cleaning up each day before leaving and fully explaining everything. Our next step is to revamp our front/side yard, which we've already planned with Dan for the spring. We highly recommend Beautiful Blooms!

The crew was courteous, hard working, eager to please, and went above and beyond my expectations. Description of Work: I hired Dan to create and install landscaping for my yard. He responded to my initial request for a consult in a very timely fashion and immediately grasped the concept of what I wanted for my yard. He listened to my goals and mapped out a scheme that met them very well. The price was quite affordable and significantly more reasonable than I received from another company which charged me for the consultation. The final price was very much in line with his original quote too. The install went quickly and beautifully with Dan not only planting the new foliage, but.also ensuring that my irrigation system was up to the task of keeping my new plants properly watered. It was a seamless, painless experience overall. I am also using Dan for my regular lawn maintenance.He is slightly higher than my previous provider, but his work is much more comprehensive. He not only does the traditional work of mowing, edging and trimming, he also weeds and trims some of my trees. Additionally he monitors the performance of my irrigation system by checking the condition of the yard and lets me know when I have issues that need addressing. Already his vigilance has paid off in helping me quickly identify and get treatment for bug damage that I was unaware of. I am very pleased overall with him as a service provider.

Description of Work: Dan and his crew arrived and cleaned up my fron yard. It looks great! They not only trimmed all the bushes and shrubs,, but mowed the lawn, spread pine straw and even ;planted new flowers. Everything was clenaed up and taken to the curb. He called to tell me he had forgotten something and came the next day and completed everything. I'm going to have him do the back yard next. Great job!
