Description of Work: Motor died in my LG clothes washer. The owner came by, made the diagnosis and ordered the part. He returned when the part came in and replaced it and a seal. Very professional, seem like nice people. I'd trust them in my home.

Description of Work: Replaced ice maker that was broken. Bob advised me of the problem and cost and came back and installed the new one a week later with no issues. He even tightened a few bolts on our front load washer after I told him about the noise it was making. Will definitely use them again.

Description of Work: The technician repaired an oven at a rental property I own. He was professional, on time, and coordinated well with my tenants. I could not be happier with the service I received. I never met the company in person, I was able to do everything over the telephone. It was an outstanding experience and I will hire them again for my next appliance repair.

Description of Work: Bob did a simple (door switch) repair of our dryer and a more complex (circuit board) repair of our dishwasher. Since a dishwasher cycle goes through several sub-cycles over a couple of hours he said he wanted to be sure everything worked and did not ask for payment! He called back in a few days to verify his repair and then billed us. Totally impressed!

Description of Work: Dishwasher was leaking water. He immediately diagnosed the problem as soap getting in the system. He was correct, I had been accidentally putting the wrong type of detergent in the dishwasher. Stopped using it, and problem disappeared.
