Description of Work: Called them EARLY FRIDAY MORNING and explained that my freezer was DRIPPING WATER INSIDE AND DEFROSTING. They were Very Nice but said they couldn't make it till Tuesday. Apparently they do not know how to prioritize calls or don't have enough help. Oh well. I did call another Angie's list A rated guy and he will be here in a few hours. 👍🏼

Description of Work: Bob returned my call within 12 hours of leaving a message. He came out to the house and inspected the microwave. Since it is a microwave/convection oven combo unit, he had to schedule another visit since he needed help removing it from the cabinet. The issue was the microwave's door sensors and two fuses. On both visits, Bob called about 30 minutes prior to ensure someone was home. We would use him again!

Description of Work: My ice maker quit working so I called B&N. Bob came out quickly and suggested we test the temperature of the freezer first to make sure it was cold enough to produce ice. At his suggestion I purchased Häagen-Dazs® - Ice Cream to see if it would stay hard overnight. Called the next day to confirm all was well with the freezer's temperature. Bob ordered the part and came out after the part arrived to replace it. The only downside of the repair was it was more expensive than I would have liked, but I did receive a $10 Angie's list discount and Bob knows what he's doing and doesn't make repairs until he's sure he's identified the right problem.

Bob was on time, had the fuse on his truck that I needed and would not give me a bill until we know for sure that the new fuse won't blow. He will bill me in a few days.

I have used B&N Appliance Repair before and have always been very satisfied with anything they have done for me. They are a very small company, but they come soon after you call and their prices are very reasonable.

B&N appliance was able to do the work in a reasonable amount of time. The pricing seemed high for the work that was done. The fridge design caused some extra work, and the part seemed overpriced.
