It went excellent! My old Trane unit that came with house was from 2000 was a 3 ton unit and was replaced with a really nice 15 seer 2.5 ton Trane heat pump system along with new thermostat. Since its been cold out last day especially i got to try out the heat and it works great! Inspection and sealing any areas of concern found on ducts was completed as well. I highly recommend Ball Air to anyone needing AC repairs, maintenance, duct work or looking to upgrade their system. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Just as fyi, here is historical info: When I 1st got my house soon after started to notice an issue with the ac had a lot of trouble able to bring down the temp at all and yet electric bill was climbing super high. It was due to some of the duct work under house being in bad shape (there was part that was even was completely deteriorated). House inspector apparently had completely missed that. I got several estimates for duct work. One company told me i had no options and had to completely replace all the ducts when it turned out it was only some of them that were in bad shape. Another company estimate i got was ridiculously high priced. Justin with Ball Air's estimate was reasonable with several options (flex or metal duct work) and pointed out which ducts were really the problem while there were some others ducts that were still in good shape which didn't need replacing. There was no pressure from Justin at all. I went with Ball Air and that resolved the issue where the ac then actually cooled even when really hot out and electric bill went way down. Since their excellent service impressed me so much, i stayed with them for semi annual maintenance. There was never any pressure about upgrading to more energy efficient system and they kept that old system running fine. So when i wanted to go ahead and upgrade my system, Ball Air was the obvious choice.

It went very well. Very nice guys, cleaned up, left no mess.

Justin and his team were very thorough, professional and competent. Customer satisfaction was his number one priority and he achieved his goal. The price and terms were excellent compared to others. His approach was fresh and honest. Never felt like you were being hustled like other companies. I would highly recommend Ball Air.
