Description of Work: There was a leak in one of our toilets and we had Baldwin Quality Plumbing come out and fix the problem. It turned out to be the seal that just had to be replaced on the bottom of the toilet.

Description of Work: One toilet in my home was leaking. Baldwin's gave me an estimate of $88 an hour over the phone to do the repair work on a Saturday. They wound up grouting the bottom of my toilet. No parts were removed from the unit, added or fixed. Baldwin's tried to charge me $110/hr when they arrived. The contractor then went back to his car and contacted his manager at my request. He then said he would do the work at the price I was originally quoted over the phone. He said he should have been charging me more money since they had dispatched a truck with two workers, rather than one. They completed the work in 30 min. I paid the bill but then looked at my invoice and realized I was $110 per hour, rather than the $88 quote I had originally been given. I called the manager numerous times. He did not call me back. I continued to call him. He told me they charge by the hour using a GPS system and for the time spent doing the paperwork so that is why I was charged more money.
