+ 1 moreI called award tech and set an appointment for the next day. They gave me my quote and I chose to pay at the time of service, They sent a photo of my tech to me via email, He arrived about 5 minutes early and cleaned out my computer. He also answered a couple of questions for me.
Description of Work: Award Web sent someone out to my home to remove a virus that I had gotten on facebook. The tech who came out was polite, and answered all of my questions, A great experience. They also sent me a photo of the tech before he arrived.
