As usual, blades on mower must need to be sharpened as spotty areas of tall grass visible throughout yard and grass has overall choppy appearance. As usual , don't weed eat under front edges of bushes where tall grass and weeds are highly visible. Also when bushes are trimmed, trimmings are left behind the bushes; this leaves an unsightly appearance. For over 2 of the 3 years I have used this service, the work was excellent and the employees highly professional! I am still with this company because I feel a connection and know that management are good people! They just need to followup with this new young group doing our large exclusive neighborhood and check behind their work until they're properly trained as to what acceptable work is as deemed by their company. I am rooting for them, but patience is wearing down.

The former owners of our house recommended Austin Classic Lawn Service to us. I am glad we took the advice. The workers are diligent and honest. They leave notes with lawn care tips, such as where to water, and will replace sprinkler heads if they mow over them.

The owner of Austin's is very personable. If I was to ask him to do something extra he would not charge. A few small favors go a long way. He is a professional and very business-like.
