Our company started as a 1 man operation working on friends and families computers while I worked for a company providing technical support for Dell computers. Since, due to referrals and GREAT customer care, it has grown into a very successful family owned and operated business expanding to serving not only Jacksonville but All of the surrounding areas, providing exceptional service while catering to our customers have made us into one of the leading Computer repair companies in North Florida. We charge a simple Flat fee to repair your computer -NOT by the hour. We diagnose and repair - for the same flat fee. Fees are for labor only. If a part is needed to repair we will halp you find the most reasonable part available. (we do not make anything off of parts). Flat fee repair: $45 drop off $65 pick up & delivery $75 residential service - up to 2 hours $35 remote service $125 business. ATY Computers (Alan) was awesome! He repaired my computer, and even upgraded it to Win8.1, and had it back to me the next day. I highly recommend him to anyone who has computer problems. I will use him anytime I have problems. He was cheaper than buying a POST card and working on it myself. And it works perfectly. Now it's time to upgrade my RAM, so I can keep ahead of the new games.
