At Your Service Professional Cleaning And Handyman Service

I was very pleased with my treatment from this company on the small wallboard repair job that I had as a result of my plumber cutting a good sized hole in a wall in order to fix my plumbing. My request was handled efficiently over their web site, their workmen were dependable and skilled, and took great pains to do the job to my satisfaction. I plan to use them again.

The original job had to be cut into 2 parts for cost sake. They did a great job on our drywall project and fixed our closet doors. Unfortunately, when I came back to get the drywall project done in the garage it took over a week to get someone on our project and then at the last minute was told they were too busy and referred me to someone else who didn't even know how much the project was supposed to cost. I then get called by At Your Service 15 minutes before the new person is supposed to repair my garage hole, to be told he doesn't work for them and he doesn't accept credit cards. Poor poor customer service on the back-end. They did a good job the first time, but the customer service on this leg of the project was the worst. I will not use them or recommend them.

Deb was extremely nice and explained everything thoroughly and answered all and any questions. Plus her and her staff aren’t afraid to work in my house with my dogs not being locked up ( especially since we own a pit mix type dog. ) they are awesome would highly recommend and will continue using them.

House cleaner arrived early, asked what our expectations were and went straight to work. All of our expectations were met with the cleaning. There was an issue with the billing at first but that was resolved and an extra discount was even applied without me asking for it. All in all completely satified!

They clean my short-term rentals. They have a short window and the dates are always changing and they always meet my deadlines.

They were quick to respond to my request, however that was the best I can say about them. I hired and paid them for a move out cleaning on my condo and received my counters wiped off and floors vacuumed. I called to advise they did not perform a move out service, they hardly cleaned the unit at all. They came back to re-clean and only provided adequate cleaning for what I had to specify was missed the first time. They were to provide pictures of the re-clean which was never provided, they did not clean any of the inside of my cupboards and only wiped the interior of my refrigerator. I ended up hiring a private party who knew what a move out service entailed.

The open kitchen and living room (about 500 sq feet) ceiling popcorn was removed and knock-down texture was applied and painted in a timely manner (only 2-3 days). Part of a ceiling section, about a 4' x 4' square, where there was an old roof leak was repaired with new sheet rock, but one of the edges remains a bit noticeable (where the knock-down texture isn't sufficient to cover the joint compound applied to the tape). We paid a little extra for this after the initial estimate. John said that in our next project he will touch it up to make it un-noticeable. (we're planning to have them come out to do some more work) John and Tom did an excellent job on installing recessed lights. Customer service was very good, Deb and John communicated well with regards to schedules coordination. The work was priced reasonably, and we'd definitely recommend this company.

I have been using their services for several years now, and I have never been disappointed in either the quality of the work or the amount I've paid. Debbie and her team are dedicated and professional. They arrive on time for scheduled appointments, and they always have the proper materials to get a job finished. And, most importantly for a cleaning crew, the place actually feels clean when they're done. What's more, they're quick about it, so you never feel like you're waiting around for the cleaners to be done. If you'd like a clean home or office, they should be your first choice every time.
