Description of Work: Steve came out to my home, looked over the problem with my roof and gave me my options to try before I had an expensive repair performed. I appreciated his knowledge and honesty. I would not hesitate to recommend his company to anyone.

Description of Work: Steve Kelly did my roof on my rental house. The price was the best after several estimates, the work was done fast, no mess was left, and the owner Steve Kelly followed up with me a week after the work was done to make sure I was happy and told me to call him if there was ever any issues. It's so refreshing when a business just gets it. The roof has been up for 1.5 years and I have had Zero problems and it still looks brand new. Description of Work: We had several roofers give us estimates on replacing our 25 year old roof. Steve Kelly gave us the best presentation. He communicated well. Patiently answered all our questions. Presented us with his plan in detail. His workers cleaned up every day. Steve himself was on site every day checking on the work. A year later, we remain good and dry in spite of our wet Florida weather. Our house sits under a tree canopy. The gutters he installed have not clogged with leaves. We are very satisfied with the work. (The amount spent is approximate and doesn't include the gutters. But his price was definitely in line with or below other estimates.)
