Rubisney was excellent. He was very knowledgeable about the job being performed and he was quite friendly. I definitely would recommend and use him again.

Very smoothly. He found the problem immediately. He called the company that carries the part. They had the part. He went and picked it up. Came back and installed it. He gave me a 3 month warranty on part, because that's what he gets from where he buys it. He put the dryer back together. Left everything neat, tidy and my dryer working again. It was a pleasant experience for me. He services all my kitchen appliances. So now I have a great repair man to take care of all my appliances, no more worries for me. He has a warm hospitable personality.

After assuring me it was not the compressor several times and only a restriction then coming out to service twice without getting the fridge to cool and $430.00 dollars later blamed it on the compressor. That should have been determined the first time out.

Repairs would have cost more than replacement, so we opted to buy a new unit. No pressure to patch it together. Would hire again in the future, if needed.
