+ -1 moreImmediate contact from scheduler. Appointment booked. Technician, Rubisney, was able to work us in sooner and provided excellent, courteous, professional assistance and recommendations. Repairs would have cost more than replacement, so we opted to buy a new unit. No pressure to patch it together. Would hire again in the future, if needed.
