We purchased a dual fuel range from an appliance store that doesn't provide installation for gas appliances. After countless hours/days of searching for someone qualified and willing to do this work, we found a company which came to our home to do the gas hookup. We then learned that the stove's orifices needed to be converted from LP to natural gas and this company didn't have the right tool. The appliance store sent someone else out to repair a bent shaft thinking that they would swap out the orifices for us to no avail. Finally, after over a week of not being able to use our range, the appliance store had Jon Soule contact us. Jon and his two assistants arrived the next day on time. He assured me walking in the door that they WOULD resolve this. I thought for a moment the saga was going to continue when the installation manual was missing from the stove. Jon and I pulled up the manual on my computer and researched which size orifice went to which burner. He and his assistants got busy and completed the job. In the end, the appliance store covered the cost of their service so I don't know what the price would have been or how it would compare. Jon and his crew were extremely personable and professional. They even fixed the dishwasher installation that someone else had put in and offered to come back free of charge to pull the stove out and push it back in during a granite countertop install. Oh, if I had known about this company in the first place, it would have been so much easier!
