My refrigerator broke down and I called appliance, fix & care. They sent someone out the same day. The technician that came his name is sergey he was very polite and professional. the best of all, he knew what he was doing fixing the appliance and it’s working. I came home to a puddle of water around my fridge—definitely not what I wanted to deal with. I called Caspi Home Service, and they sent Samir over that same day. He found a clogged defrost drain and cleared it out quickly. No more leaks! The fact that they could come out so fast and get the job done in one visit was a huge relief. I won’t hesitate to call them again if I need any appliance repairs.
