We had our master bathroom remodeled. AP replaced the shower wall and floor tile. Everything complimented each other. They removed our garden tub and replaced it with cabinets. Our linen closer was also enlarged!! Love our new Bathroom!!

AP Advanced is the company you need for kitchen remodeling. They arrange cabinet removal, install cabinets and arrange countertops template and installation. They arrange every steps from start to finish and you do not have to worry that something is missing. I am very happy with remodel project with AP Advanced construction craftsmanship.

Wow, what a difference a different company/contractor makes. We had our master bathroom and kitchen done with an contractor X, that took nearly a year to complete. AP did our guest bathroom in 3 weeks. Demo was done in one day. The rest of the work was completely professional with helpful tips from our wonderful sales person Elsa. Clean up was good and thorough. We saved money on labor-only, and picked out our vanity, grout, paint, fixtures, etc. They are flexible with interest free financing, as well. We'll come back for our next project.

We had a great experience remodeling our kitchen in our large living/ dining/ kitchen combo.

Our job was fairly small. We had a bathroom that was only five years old, needing to meet ADA standards. We had to remove the garden tub so we could extend the shower to the required dimensions. Plus, we wanted to add bars, fixtures, a bench, and a larger door that swings open. Then, we wanted to turn the remaining garden tub area into a sit-down vanity by extending the sink countertop. Since we already had tile that matched the existing floor tile, they only needed to fill in the remaining tub area not covered by the extended shower. As we always do, we had three companies come out for estimates. One ghosted us as soon as they realized the size of the job, and the second ghosted us after we declined their first proposal which clearly demonstrated that they wanted to do much more remodeling than we had requested. AP Advanced Construction Inc was the only company that made meeting our needs a priority over making each of their jobs most profitable. Our journey began with Artur. He came out for the estimate, drew up the proposal, and assisted us with choosing tiles and fixtures. He also humored us with contract modifications/updates so that details were noted as required for the grant we were using. When the job was about to begin, we met Gerrard which would be overseeing our remodel. From that point forward, our communication was with him and whether it was scheduling workers or handling hiccups, he was on the ball. We knew we were in good hands. The process from demolition to completion only took five weeks and we’ve been instructed to contact them if we find any issues. We are very pleased with our bathroom modification and would most certainly recommend them to others.

I would not hire this company again. It took over 3 months to remodel a shower and tile the floor of a small bathroom. There was only one person working on the job for the first month. The field manager always had excuses for the lack of workers and why he couldn't show up for work when they said he would. Finally there were two workers and ono of the bought his girlfriend to help. you never know what time they would show up or quit working. Once again you could depend on their field manager, at least that's what they called him. The tile work was not worth the quality of the money I agreed to pay for the job. I called several times to express my concern about the length of time it was taking for the job and kept getting excuses. The workmanship was poor and it took way to long to complete the job. Do not hire this company if you want a timely and good quality job done.

I had a shower and bathroom floor remodeled and it took over a month to complete. Workers were not punctual and and you had to guess what day they would show up. Organization for this company is poor and workmanship is marginal at best. They are more interested in getting paid than they are in customer satisfaction and workmanship. Upon installing a brighter light in the shower area, the poor workmanship comes to light, for the money paid, I should have had a near perfect and timely completed project. What I got was uneven tile placement , poor application of molding and grout application that looks like it was applied by my great-grandson who is 9 years old. Do not let the pictures on their website fool you, their wok doesn't even come close to them.

They did a good job but it took longer than expected to complete the job due to material delay and labor issues

We had a great experience with AP Advanced. Our shower is absolutely beautiful. As with any construction project, some things go wrong here and there but they were very professional and did what it took to make things right. We would use this company again.

Communication was almost nonexistent from AP advanced construction. The tile that was done in my master bathroom remodel was done by someone that supposedly did tile work in Italy. They might add white color floor tiles to a wall that was supposed to be all silver wall tiles in Italy, but I did not request this. The tile guy did not speak English as with most of the subcontractors used for this experience. We had to used hand and feet to show him what was requested. There was a superintendent assigned to this project. He was mostly non existent. He graced us with his prescience three times in three months. This company does respond. Do not recommend this company. This was very frustrating and stressful to deal with this company.

Very pleased with outcome. They were very professional from start to finish. The sales and design team helped us pick out the right look we wanted. The craftsmen who did the floor tile, wall tile were great. They were very accommodating if we made a few changes in the plan. I would recommend to others and have to my neighbors. From the day Benny came out to give an estimate to the day of completion, they were nothing but professional. They said it would be approx 6 weeks from start to finish, and it was just that - both bathrooms were gutted and re-tiled in a matter of 2 weeks, and they did an excellent job. All of all my questions were answered and any concerns were quickly addressed throughout the whole remodeling process. I would absolutely hire them again.

Everything went nicely. AP Advanced assigned a job superintendent and he managed the entire job. No headaches for me. Very friendly and courteous crew. Protected my furnishings and cleaned up every day. I bad impressed!

Horrific. First the VP of the company called me 20 minutes past our appointment time to tell me he was 45 minutes away. When he finally showed up 6 hours later he made me feel cheap and not good enough for his time as I wanted to keep our budget right around $10,000. Finally he gave an estimate of 12,000, which included a 10% discount (only decent he did) we discussed it and he told he to come look at his vast showroom to pick out materials. I then made an appointment to come and drove over an hour to his showroom. When we got there he didn't even remember we had an appointment, he started showing us what we could get constantly reminding me that he had almost no choices because of my small budget. It was highly embarrassing with numerous other patrons in the store. After several minutes he informed me that the only physical thing I could see in the showroom was several times. Everything else was either in a catalog or on his cell phone on the Lowe's website. When I asked what he was doing and why he didn't have anything to show me in the showroom like he said he again told me due to my low budget he had nothing for me. I asked why we couldn't have done this via e-mail or text since all I was looking at was picture and I had to drive over an hour to get there and he said well I drive an hour to you so now you drive to me. At that I was done and left. If you want to deal with a complete jerk who makes you feel like dirt while still paying him upwards of 12-13 grand use this company for sure.

They were wonderful. Every single contractor was wonderful to work with. They were cordial. They work late. They are not afraid to work. I would hire them again in a heartbeat.
