My husband and I were having lunch and saw his van outside Publix. Mentioned I'd seen him on Angies List and had wanted to call him. He said he had time before going to next appt and immed. looked at our house. He is the owner of the business (which is just starting) so you only get an experienced repairman rather than assistants who know nothing. Meticulously looked @unit and tested (no charge); gave us an estimate with a range high/low; then came back next day and worked approx. 1 1/2 days. Called us during the job to explain when the cost was slightly more than expected. He charged less than anyone we'd checked w/for freon. He explained to us what he planned to do (prior to doing it) and explained what we needed to do to maintain the unit. We've already referred him to someone else and I can't imagine calling anyone else!

Overall, my experience was very positive. Kim was professional, fairly priced and explained all of my options prior to my decision to replace my old unit. I priced out the job with several other companies and Kim's price was the most reasonable for the quality of the A/C unit and expertise.
