 + -1 moreBesty scheduled the inspections immediately and for the day, I wanted them. The inspector arrived on time and did an extremely thorough job. He even came back out, when I had questions regarding one of the suggested repairs on the report.
Description of Work: AmeriSpec performed home and WDO (wood destroying organism) inspections on a home, I am buying. This is the third time that I have used them in the past 5 years. They provide written reports the next day, as well as a home care manual for home maintenance. Inspections take approximately 2-3 hours.
