After one year my roof had water pushing out of a corner. The roof was supposed to be 3 tab architecture shingles and it was not. My receipt has 3 tab architectural shingles checked but it is not. The roof looks thirty years old. The material that was put on my roof is shoddy and subpar. This company helped raise everyone's home insurance by putting on roofs that didn't need néw roofs. I do not recommend...

Professional, friendly and top quality work. Great communication. They even handled my insurance claim for me and met me at my place of work for documents and payment for my convenience. The job was done on time, within budget and they left the property even cleaner than when they started. 10/10

American Roofing installed a brand new roof for us at a great price. Our salesman and project manager, Chris, went above and beyond to make sure the job was done right. They cleaned up all around my house and went the extra mile to make sure there were no nails left behind. They are a top notch roofer!

My builder’s roofer would provide no detail of materials nor installation. I called Dan for a quote and scope of work. He was out the next day and had samples, references, a scope of work and a bid the following day. I fired the builders roofer and hired Dan. The work was done quickly, professionally and with better than specified materials. I’ve referred at least 5 friends to him since then.

A superb roofer, they sent a job supervisor out to work with me through the entire process. This was a wind damage claim so I used their attorney services to deal with my insurance company in order to avoid that hassle. My roof replacement cost became my insurance deductible. I had an old roof with 3-tab shingle. My replacement was a much better, high wind resistant, architectural shingle roof that looks great. Their workmen went to substantial lengths to remove the old roofing nails from my yard. Once the roofers were finished, Chris, their supervisor, had a few little cleanup and redo items but very few. They cleaned up my yard and left it spotless. It took them 3 days but the middle day was a huge rain downpour in which they could not work. As you can tell, I am extremely pleased by their work and professionalism. You won’t go wrong using this company when your roof needs repairs or replacement. Give them a call!

Excellent work. They were on time every day and ensured the area was clean when completed. They went above and beyond with the job and made my wife and I feel very comfortable through out the work.

American Roofing gave me a fair price and was very courteous and professional. They showed up when they said they would and completed job for the price they quoted me. Three days after moving into my home, Hurricane Irma ripped a huge section of my shingles off as well as several other spots on the roof. I called American Roofing of JAX and not only did they get a technician their quicker than expected they had the roof fixed before anyone else would even get a sales person to give me a quote. They were extremely quick and efficient the Owners yes that's right the owners followed up with me to confirm the quality of the work. After the work was done you can't even tell where the new shingles are vs. the old ones. I definitely would recommend them to anyone needing a new roof or roof repair.
