I’m not satisfied with the service because the part they say I need they install it now it’s floating around in the hole water is still in the hole as well I’m smelling bowel as well something just isn’t right with my service

The first visit I was told the was open a few days later the hot water tank begin to run water again, The second visit revealed the valve needed to be replaced. I was charged for labor both times

My husband bought a bathroom sink kit at Home Depot. He removed the old faucet but he is blind and neither of us could install the new one. Angie's List provided us with a list of plumbers. American Plumbing Contractors Inc was called at 3pm and gave us a quote. They arrived in 10 minutes. Sink faucet kit was installed 1/2 hour later. Excellent service. Very professional. We will use again if plumbing is needed. Thank you, Angie's List, for providing the help homeowners need.

Everything was done and completed. Very neat, courteous, and professional job. Highly recommended.

The contractor told me lots of info about my AC and did tell me it was an AC problem, but he couldn't fix it because it was the AC. Turned out if he had looked under the trailer (under the AC) he would have found out the AC itself wasn't the problem, it was the Plumbing UNDER the AC unit. Had to call an AC guy and he did clean the AC, but had to call another Plumber to fix the PLUMBING problem. Not really happy with the actual service, but it was more about the fact the he didn't even look under the trailer to find out!!

Fellow dug up a good portion of lawn to find where the water break had occurred. Lots of sweat! He finally found it and immediately began repairing it as, to my knowledge, well as could be done. Job took around 3 hours and price was extremely fair. Would definitely call on American Plumbing again.

They replaced our hot water heater with a new hot water heater and the price was very reasonable. They were very personable.

They were awesome and funny. We really enjoyed them. They were very pleasant to work with. Any questions we had they answered . They were willing to do anything in addition that pertained to the job that we asked. We would recommend them to do anybody else's work. They are reliable, courteous, hospitable, reasonable. The receptionist is very caring also. They are just an all around good company to work with. I would recommend them very highly to anybody. I cannot remember the cost. It was like I said very reasonable.

It went so well, I am writing my first review. It was fixed in less time than expected. They did excellent work and were very professional. They fixed a bidet that their overpriced competitor could not install and was unable to fix. The bidet works perfectly thanks to Troy. He and his apprentice were great. The Rinnai tankless works great too. Tub liner has no more water beneath and they caulked around liner to ensure no more water gets in. Thanks guys!

I was not present. My wife was. However, I am familiar with plumbing - I just don't have the time right now to work on it. So we hired a plumber to figure out how to get hot water to our MB sinks. He said the hot water line is not the problem. My faucets have a lifetime guarantee, so today, I received replacement parts. I went to the MB to turn the water off to install the replacement parts. It took wrenches to shut off the cold water valve; the hot water valve would not shut off entirely. If the plumber had worked on the system, I would expect he would have had to shut off the water valves and then reopen them when done. If he had done so, the valves would not have been frozen as they were. I don't know what the plumber did while he was here, but he clearly did not get the job done. I am not satisfied at all.

I called first the Monday morning. Natasha answered and was extremely nice!! Told her my problem and even though it was Monday and they had scheduled appointments she had Guy and Zach here by noon! They changed out the Angle Stop and finally no more water everywhere... I couldn't be more pleased with the service!!

Work was performed quickly and professionally all three times! We worked directly with John Richard who couldn't have been nicer or more helpful. We will definitely be using American Plumbing for any future needs and highly recommend this company to others residing in this company's service area(s).

Replace part and thought if was fixed. The leak appeared as soon as plumber left. Called there office to let them know and they sent him back same day only charged for part didn't charge for return trip.

got it all done in less than 2 hours

Purchased a full water heater installation package on here & the business said they had no record of me paying for services. Went a couple of rounds & after 2 weeks of no hot water I ended up being issued a refund for the services not provided. On the up-side, I ended up educating myself to be able to do a diy install & I'll never attempt to pay someone for basic plumbing needs again.

It didn't go Never showed up. Called at &pm after waiting all day. Checked at 3;30 pm, they said it would be an hour or so.

We developed a leak in the inflow pipe under our kitchen sink. A small spray would have caused major water damage to wood floors had it not been fixed that afternoon. Called around and this company was able to come out within about 1.5 hrs. David was very nice and identified the hairline crack in PVC that had to be replaced. He fixed it and improved the layout of the pipe under the sink so it would get knocked so much by taking items in and out. Excellent service. I had an Angie's List coupon that I used.

We were very happy with the work Phil did for us in installing a new water heater and haul off the old one. He put foam insulation around the piping inside and outside of the house. Phil also installed a new water shut off valve because the house is 20 yrs old and my Hubby wanted peace of mind with that.

The office originally said they would be there at approximately 10:30 A M and would call if it would be later.--No calls. I called at 11:30 A M and was told "their on the way." --The men finally showed up at 12:30 PM, 2 hours after the scheduled time. Inspected the job and advised they couldn't hook up our washing machine drip pan to the existing 1" PVC drain pipe because it might crack during the process. If a crack occurred, they advised the job could escalate into a very expensive repair that would require tearing a hole in the downstairs wall to install a new pipe to the upstairs laundry room.--So, I was not very satisfied because it appeared this could possibly have been handled by more experienced plumbers.--"Just saying". The men who came to the house however, were very courteous. We paid the $135 1 hour fee purchased on Angie's list and they left us the drip pan. They recommended using it and installing a "moisture sensor" which would alert us in the event of a washing machine leak.

They came in. Immediately found leak. Stopped leak. I bought a new sink. They replaced jt

The provider was not rude, but did not perform the service, offering to perform it for $200 more than the advertised cost.

Work went well. There was a $200.00 increase over listed deal price due to manufacturer's price increase, but the price was inline with same deal offered by other Angie's List contractors. This deal just had not been updated. Update 9/10/15: I notice the deal is still running and has not been updated to show the correct price. Beginning to look like "bait and switch".

John was professional and gave estimate and coordinated the work. He answered my phone calls very promptly and got the required permit and inspection done so we could stay on schedule for our new shower project. Phil the plumber is top notch and knows what he's doing. There are 2 complaints I have. 1)It was difficult to get an accurate time range from John on when our work would be done as far as day and time.He did get it done within the week that he committed. 2)for the trim work and faucet install portion, the person that was sent didn't really know what he was suppose to do. Luckily Phil came and helped him out.
