Description of Work: We needed an outlet added in the kitchen for a hot water dispenser. Brian properly diagnosed the circuit load limitations and installed the new outlet, routing the wiring through kitchen cabinets neatly and quickly. Excellent service at a fair price.

Description of Work: They mounted a TV on our fireplace and installed a light fixture. They were punctual and friendly.

Description of Work: They replaced 8 of our 9 smoke alarms. The ninth alarm was in a room with a 15 ft ceiling and they couldn't reach it with the shorter ladder they had. I asked if they could disconnect it from the system so that it wouldn't work and so wouldn't need replacement and a new battery. They said they could. AFter they left there was still the beeping sound and they replaced the alarm in the adjacent room and said that would fix the problem. Over the next several months there was beeping on several occasions that would last only an hour or two at most, but today it's been beeping for many hours and I can distinguish that it's coming the the smoke alarm unit that they claimed was disconnected. Now I'm having them come out a third time and hope it can be cleared up finally. A good sleep will be appreciated.

Description of Work: my house was built in the early 1950s. ceiling fan in kitchen and lights in the joining room went out the night before. no breakers where tripped. called this AM and they came that afternoon. had to remove the ceiling fan found the trouble, (incorrect and loose wiring), and made the repair, (had to cut and splice wire) in a couple of hours.
