Excellent. They immediately recognized the errors and oversights by our contractors electricians and quickly made the repairs and got things working. One of the light fixtures we had them hang had several online comments about the difficulty to install. They quickly recognized the design flaws and just as quickly knew how to work around them. They have done work for us in the past and I would highly recommend them.

The cleanup wasn't quite complete. I found little wire fragments and stuff like that in the bathrooms where they had gone through and replaced the sockets and stuff. I just went through and cleaned it up afterwards. It didn't take long, it was just that the last step just wasn't really done. Two people came out, it took them maybe an hour to complete it. Other than just doing a basic circuit test and then doing the replacements and checking it again, they didn't really do anything specific that made them stand out.

The work performed was very good and could not have asked for better or nicer electricians. The problem was the cost. I had asked for a quote. The quote came in at 600+. I did agree to that. When the electricians had finished they came in with the bill, which broke down to be half of what the quote was. Evidently they did not know it had been quoted. I was a little shocked when the actual work was 1/2 what the guy quoted me and they still charged me the quoted price. On top of all that I had asked the guy that gave me the quote about using the coupon, and he actual said he had given me a discount.. Lesson learned is do not ask for a quote from them, you make out better just calling and having dispatched. Very disappointed in this type of business deal.

It went very well. They estimated the job would take 4 hours, but they completed it in 2 hours.

They sent someone out and was at my house in an hour. They were very professional and knowledgeable. They found the issue and resolved it while also recommending but not pushing a new panel box since mine was old.

From the initial phone call to the end work, it was very good. The person who answered the phone was knowledgable and courteous, asked questions, made an appointment that was timely. Told me that the tech would call on his way. The tech David and his assistant, called, showed up in time, assessed the job, gave me an estimate on the time it would take. Did the work. I had one glitch and that it the specs for the spa were misinterpreted probably due to an assumption.The same team came back and made the correction. Again, very courteous. When I called the dispatcher assured me that they would make it right. Also, David reminded me that I Qualified for an Angie's List $25 reduction on my bill. The bill for the parts and labor was $500. A bit higher than I estimated, but I am confident that the work is quality.

The price was less than I thought it would be. The workers were good guys, very knowledgeable and answered all the questions I had. Very professional, and worked quickly.

It was found that the electrician who installed the power inlet box (not American Electrical) had screwed into the wiring to secure the disconnect box to the wall! This caused the generator to trip immediately when I tried to use it for the first time during Hurricane Matthew. I had the house built 3 years ago and never used this feature. They relocated the disconnect box and reconnected the power inlet box with conduit, removing the damaged wires.

After Hurricane Matthew, they were super quick to respond. Our well pump etc., was pretty much destroyed by storm surge and without the well pump, we had no water. No water to drink, shower with, and no water to use toilets. We called at approx 1pm and they arrived at 3pm and got us up an running. Remarkable! Exceptional service and response time - especially considering I live on a remote island in Florida. No extra fees for travel and considering I live 40 minutes from town, that was a huge plus. Also really appreciated that they wanted everything tested and functional before they left my property. Two huge thumbs up! I will only use them for electrical services going forward.

The service techs were prompt, courteous, and well qualified to perform the contracted work. However, there were some pre-visit pricing/communication issues which I discussed with Rick following the take down and install. Unfortunately, the new screen was damaged internally (at the factory) and required an additional service call to pack/return to the retailer. Without hesitation, Rick offered to provide an additional service call without charge; including mounting the replacement product. Know that Rick and the company had no obligation to go as far as he/they did to provide this exemplary service. I'm happy to endorse the quality of work, and thrilled to recommend their home install services.
