1. Bathroom-he never replaced master bathroom shower door 2. Lamanent floors in kitchen and den have large humps in them where floors were not installed properly. They were installed to tight and once they started to expand they began to rise up in three places like a cupcake! 3. Patio installed in a "negative drainage" so, everytime it rains, it runs down the patio and into the house. The top was not resurfaced so it is very slippery when wet. Every time it rains someone has to take a squeezie mop to remove the water. This has caused mold to form around the base line of the patio and the door to split from the bottom due to excessive water. The door frame has als has also rotted across the bottom. I have video of this!
Description of Work: 1. Remodeled entire master bathroom. (gutted completely) 2. Remodeled kitchen, new appliances and countertops 3. Lamanent floors through out entire house (except bathrooms and laundry room) 4. Reserfaced, elevated and extended patio. 5. Handicap ramp in garage and around back of house.

Although he is a state-licensed contractor, he is not licensed for roofing work. He promised that he would secure a state-licensed roofer to come out to inspect the roof prior to replacing all of the wood on the back of the house where the roof was leaking. I continuously asked him when the roofing contractor was going to come out, but they ended up replacing the wood on the back of the house without the roofer, although the roof was still leaking onto the wood. They did that before any of the other work they had to do, although I had specifically asked them to wait. After weeks and weeks of wrangling with them they put a temporary patch up on the back of the roof to prevent further damage. However, that patch leaked. They finally had to get a roofing contractor out before working on the garage roof. The roofing contractor supposedly put a new patch on the back of the roof, but it still leaked. The soffit began molding because of the water leak, so they had to replace the soffit again. I finally got the city involved and the city required that he secure permits, and also required that some of the work be redone. The city made them redo a large portion of the garage, and I have now received a certified letter from one of the carpenters here who is demanding that I pay him. I told him that a lot of the work that he did needed to be redone, and he said he was only doing what the contractor had told him to do. The carpenter then told me that the contractor told him that he was intentionally not going to get appropriate permits for any of the work. The carpenter told me that he had an agreement with the owner of the company to do substandard work without a permit. When I initially told the contractor that I had to get the city involved, he began yelling at me in the front yard. The paint was peeling off in huge chunks four days after he had painted it, and he yelled that he would not guarantee the paint either because it is not his fault. The city eventually signed off on the work but I am not happy with the work that was done. This was supposed to take four days, but it ended up taking eight weeks. I believe that they conspired to defraud me. I feel like I was completely ripped off, and I cannot believe that the carpenter is still trying to get me to pay for the shoddy work. I would never use them again, and would not have them back at my home.
Description of Work: I hired them to do a number of things following a roof leak, including patching a hole in my garage roof, replacing the wooden siding on a large portion of the garage, replacing half of the siding on our front room, replacing a wooden beam that supports the roof over my living room, painting the entire house, among other work.

They did a very poor job, and they didn't show up for two weeks. They left the job unfinished, and I had to call another company to come finish their job.
Description of Work: They rebuilt my porch, laid concrete, rebuilt two sets of steps inside my house, and put railing on my deck.
