Great service

This company was recommended by Angi around the middle of April, 2024. There were issues from day 1. I questioned Tre about a few negative comments on YELP and he assured me they were isolated. I was told my technician would start the following Tuesday. This NEVER happened. Every week, i had to send Tre a message that my tech did not show up. He has more excuses than anyone. He said there was a 48 hour window. Really??? Unless I sent a message he would never know that his tech was a no-show. I paid for weekly service and I finally threw in the towel. Enough is enough. This company SHOULD NOT be on Angi's list. POOR customer service. He has sent me messages that had profanity, he called me an idiot and was very unprofessional. I requested to immediately cancel our service because I wasn't getting what we paid for. Did not offer a refund. Our pool went from crystal clear to green. Would remove him from Angi.

I had an extremely disappointing experience with American Aqua Tech. I hired them to locate and fix a major leak in my pool, but the service I received was far from professional. The owner, Tre Pridemore, sent unqualified employees who not only failed to fix the leak but also caused significant damage to my pool pump. They took parts from the pump and did not reassemble it properly, resulting in nearly $1000 worth of unrepairable damage. Communication with this company has been abysmal. They failed to show up at agreed times, did not complete the work, and refused to repair the damage they caused or reimburse me for my losses. Additionally, the owner has been consistently rude and unprofessional throughout this ordeal. I strongly advise against using American Aqua Tech for any pool services.

When Trey, one of the owners works, his work is good. While we used him, over the course of several years, the services he provided were exceptional. However, his skills running the business are non-existent. If inclement weather or other issues cause a change in his schedule, he will not update you. He shows no concern for people to wait all day for him to show up, never keep his appointment or reschedule. He is reluctant to take calls or respond to texts or emails when there is an issue. Recently, we needed to have a repair done to a pump in order to pass inspection for the sale of the property. We got the parts, he fixed things perfectly the next day, except there was a small leak in a pipe remaining. He had to return for that, and did so, three days later. However, the buyers required a statement from him saying what he fixed. The initial letter took well over a week to receive- and only after I wrote the letter, did he then copy and paste it into his document and send. He also stated at that time he should charge me $100.00 for every letter he writes. He writes? First, it’s normal for a business to provide an itemized statement upon completion and payment of their invoice. He was paid within minutes of sending the invoice. Also, that he wanted to charge me to send a letter I had to write for him is frankly beyond unprofessional. After he fixed the leak, he never provided a receipt stating leak was repaired. Buyers required that for us to close. For four days he flat out lied to myself, my husband and our realtor, stating he was sending this letter. Once again, I wrote something for him to copy and paste- but he never sent it. He was repeatedly told the buyers will not close without written proof, from a licensed pool repairman, that the leak was repaired. He was contacted up to five minutes before closing and never responded. Calls were sent immediately to voice mail. Now, we have to try to get another licensed professional, at an additional expense, to inspect the pipes for leaks, and sign off. I’ve tried, our realtor has tried, for three days to get another company in. This is a field where demand is high. We are looking at three weeks more to get this inspection. We can’t buy the new house without selling the old. Buyers can’t move in, we can’t move out. I have to reschedule movers and several other tradesmen to come to our new place at some unknown future date- if the buyers don’t decide at this point to walk away. Our home is in boxes- everyone is frantic- all because Mr. Pridemore refuses to simply send a note saying he fixed the leak. This is an unnecessary mess. If the sale falls through, I will be suing him, and his company, for his failure to adequately complete regular business practices, in a timely manner. Do not allow yourself to deal with this company. Their callous display of irresponsible procedures, is frankly, despicable.

They are amazing I was having a hard time keeping up with my pool and I couldn't find any help with my above ground pool I found this and they save me from draining my pool and starting from scratch they are also very sweet and kind and have great communication thank you again

The service is horrible, two weeks of the cleaning service were missed with no replies to my multiple emails. Refunds were not provided as was advised in the beginning. Provided picture of cleaning confirmation doesn't justify how clean the pool is. Waste of money and time, stay away from this business.

Tre literally saved our pool. He went above and beyond what was expected and i recommend his services hands down. He is THE GUY when it comes to green to clean and maintenance. So happy we chose American Aqua Tech!

He lied .He was terrible I paid a lot of money and he didn't do a good job. He charged my account but the job was terrible .He knows he lied I showed him the picture of pool and its not professionally done.
