This home is currently a rental so Saundra worked with our tenant to arrange a time to evaluate the needs for a replacement. She provided me with several options and a full estimate. Once we decided on the appropriate system Saundra coordinated with the tenant replaced the system and made sure the circuit breakers were remarked. We were traveling during most of this evolution but Saundra sent emails to keep us informed. This company does a great job. We received the invoice quickly and receipts/warranty documents in the mail soon after. I will continue to use Alpine Air. They are efficient, organized and professional.

We called all over town trying to find someone who would be able to fix our specific A/C unit. It's a heat pump/ water to air unit, so apparently much more complicated than an air to air unit. After paying 2 different companies several hundred dollars for no results, we were finally referred to Alpine Air by Chase Air (who, to their credit, told us up-front that they do not specialize in water to air units, instead of wasting our time and money like the other companies.) I called Alpine Air and they came out that afternoon. The technician was polite and explained the problem to us, answered our questions, and told us to call him anytime we had further questions. It took him about an hour to fix the problem and he stayed an extra 30 minutes answering our questions. I would recommend Alpine Air to friends and colleagues and would use them again.
