Dave is a very busy guy but after paying for the $75 Big Deal to get a Basic Comprehensive evaluation on 12/31/13, we were able to meet January 10th. I loved, loved, loved that he offered to take pictures of the roof because I will never see my roof in person (LOL). I clearly had an idea of the extent of the damage and even explained something that a previous roofing contractor did not mention. I appreciated that because it explained why I was seeing damage to my ceiling in the kitchen and bedroom. He was professional and pleasant, extremely thorough and direct, which I appreciated. I had done my homework and he recognized that yet it my knowledge didn't intimidate him. He spent a lot of time with me that evening, again a difference I notice from another Angie's List recommended contractor. I had read other reports about him, as well as his responses, and the word that came to mind is "firecracker" but I can honestly say he was the nicest firecracker contractor I've met in a long time. I had to rob a bank and sell a few organs (just kidding!) but I was able to contact him about 3 weeks later in the beginning of February. Yet again, Dave is a busy guy and we had to postpone scheduling for another 2 weeks but he was nice enough during that time to come by my home and tarp the area that I had the most problems...that meant a lot because we had another rainstorm had he not done that I am sure the damage inside would have worsened. The original estimate was $4240.00 but after including costs for wood rot and applying a generous discount, the total price was $4400. I when its time to replace my shingles, I will be giving Dave a call. In the meantime, I am recommending him to friends, family, and colleagues. Thanks Dave for everything!

Both appointments were performed by courteous, professional and efficient people. I am very pleased with the work done. This will give me a few more years of life to my roof. Since about 10-12 roofs in my small 16 year old subdivision have already been totally replaced, I am happy to have more time before I have to replace mine. I will probably use All Seasons Roofing of North Florida when it is time to do a roof replacement.

All Seasons provided me with an estimate and I am in the process of getting 2 more before I decide which one to use.

This was an emergency repair, a hole was discovered while another company was installing my new patio screen room. I called and the repairman was here within 30 minutes and repairs were completed same day in 3-4 hours. I have a proposal to replace the entire roof but David kindly advised that I still have some life left in the roof and replacement isn't needed immediately. I am still planning on doing the work this year - just to avoid any future problems. Very professional and the quality of the work is top notch. I didn't compare prices with any other companies BUT this work was worth every penny I paid as the experience could not have been better.

I called All Seasons Roofing as the roof in my addition was leaking in two spots. Dave came out the next day to look at the roof. He explained what the process of replacing the roof would entail. We both walked the roof and he pointed out what he would do (See list in the "What did the provider do" section). Dave measured the roof and gave me his estimate. Dave explained everything in detail, in plain terms that anyone could understand. His estimate came under what I thought it would cost and I gave him a deposit that night. Because Dave came out the Monday before Christmas we scheduled the work to be done after the holidays and when the weather would permit. Dave kept in touch with me to let me know when he would come out to do the re-roofing. He and his crew came out at the time and date specified and did an outstanding job. Dave and his team were very professional and cleaned up around the house before they left each night. Once Dave and his team removed the old roofing material and was down to the wood sheathing, Dave walked the roof with me and pointed out what spots needed to be replaced. NOTE: Because you can't tell what shape the sheathing is until you remove the roofing material, Dave could only estimate what the job would cost based on how the roof looked. His estimate did include a price list for wood replacement, so the extra charge was no surprise. Please keep this in mind when you get an estimate from any roofer. It's always best to add an additional 10 - 15% to the estimate for wood repair, that way you aren't in for a shock when you get the final bill. Dave specifically pointed out the pricing for replaced wood when he gave me the estimate. After Dave had completed his work, we walked the roof again and he pointed out what he had done. The roof looked great. It has rained for two days straight and no leaks, which is what I had expected. Great team, great work and I will definitely be calling Dave when it is time to replace the main roof. I will be recommending All Seasons Roofing of N Florida to all my friends.

Called and spoke with the owner he said he'd follow up in a couple days was a bit busy because of rainy weather. Couple days later Frank called my cell i couldn't get home when he was going to be out that day. He said it wouldn't matter, luckily my wife was home. He went up on roof, came down gave us a quote she called me and I said go ahead, the job got done. I came home went up and looked at everything and know I'll call them again if I have future needs. Good Job! Everything done as requested and on time.

Found leaks and repaired them Even came in at a lower price than quoted. Very pleased with their pleasant manner and great service, Cleaned up when they were done . Am very satisfied. Would highly recommend.

He was on time and gave me a good explanation of his estimate and scope of work.

David Nease was great to work with. He is at his job site supervising and coordinating and making sure everything is done correctly. After everything was finished, he noted a portion of rotted fascia and had his guys come out the next day to properly repair it. The roof looks wonderful and there have not been any leaks, even in heavy rains. I would certainly recommend All Seasons and David Nease!

David was great. He was responsive, kept me up to date on the progress (from estimate to total completion ? to the date I received the documents in the mail). He returned my calls promptly. Everything was done over the telephone, which made me uneasy at the beginning. I live in Tallahassee and the house is in Jacksonville. David managed to address my concerns, and I felt comfortable enough to proceed with the job. I wish more contractors took the time that David did; they would have more repeat business. One last thing, David could have sold me on more expensive upgrades (recommended by the realtor ? I?m about to sell the house- but David recommended against them, for reasons that made sense to me. Not trying to oversell is a good selling point for me. I would strongly recommend him.

Frank Lamb came out and conducted a thorough and professional estimate to repair a leaking Florida room and skylight. He was very punctual, courteous, professional; and his estimate was competitive. Although the estimate cost $15 (refundable with job acceptance); many other roofing companies have no problem offering free estimates. I don't understand the logic of the customer having to pay for the business opportunity and having a $15 ransom held unless the job is accepted. Side note: According to their estimate form: If the customer pays for the job with a credit card: there is a 3% surcharge added to your bill; a non-starter for me.

All Seasons Roofing of N. Florida, Inc. represented by David Neese arrived to do the Angie's List Roof Inspection. This proved to be a fortuitous Big Deal as I was immediately impressed by his professionalism and conscientiousness during the inspection and appraisal of my roof. Upon arrival we discussed the need to be cautious walking upon this type of roof with interlocking tiles. I also mentioned an interior leak over a front door area. Going about his inspection diligently, he subsequently provided a written evaluation which we reviewed with photos of his findings. He stated the overall roof condition was very good; however, there were concerns with several rusted valleys with holes. He felt this the cause of the interior leak as it was located below one of those valleys. I thanked him for his thorough inspection and the proposed repair estimate. Overall, I received a very positive and satisfying consultation. After checking other estimates and sources, I contracted with Mr. Neese's repair proposal. Frank Lamb was the specialist who arrived as scheduled to repair the problem valleys and other noted maintenance items (i.e. loose shingles, nails, seal cracks, etc.) He worked cautiously and meticulously throughout the day. I was very impressed with his attention to detail. My proof is in the fact that no more leak, and satisfaction with all those shiny sealed valleys!!!

Purchased service via Angie's List on 8/26. Didn't hear anything from All Seasons for almost three weeks. I then phoned company and received a phone call within two days. Appointment was made for room inspection next day. Findings included raised nails on the roof that required capping and sealing. Exposed nail heads were also sealed around the roof vents. I requested removal of old satellite brackets and sealing of those roof holes. All vent pipes were sealed and silicone sealer was placed around them. Repair was done within a couple of days following inspection. Technician was pleasant and professional. I would have given all "A's" to this evaluation if company had contacted me sooner after purchase of service. Mr. Neese apologized for the delay. He told me that he is out in the field frequently and checks his emails once or twice a week. To his credit, as soon as he received my phone call, he responded within a reasonable period of time.

Dave was very professional and knowledgeable. He didn't get my request for three weeks from Angies List- not sure what happened. I contacted him via email and scheduled an appt. He came and checked the roof thoroughly and took pictures to show me what he found. He recommended a repair and told me that I could wait 1-2 years to replace my 17 year old roof- which I was relieved about. A few days later, Dave had Frank come to my house and complete the recommended repair. Frank was very professional and worked all day to complete the repair and to match my shingles. Overall, I was very happy with the repair, despite the scheduling delays.

Quality inspection, The inspector showed up without an appointment. Stated was not provide phone number by Angie's list service. Did very comphensive inspection and pointed out areas of concern with the roof. Gave an estimated of cost of repairs and explantion for concern.

We had a small roof leak in the flat roof over our sunroom that turned into a much bigger leak with some of the late July storms. I had called a different roofing company first and had several issues getting them to return my calls or show up at the house when they said they would. When they finally did come out, they identified what they thought was the problem and gave me an astronomical price to fix it. I called David Neese to get a second opinion. He came out that same day to assess the problem. He identified the problem - completely different than what the first roofer said - and gave a much more reasonable price to fix it. He fit me in between other jobs and had his crew out the next day, which was a Saturday, to fix it. Due to bad rain that afternoon, they weren't able to finish the work. They worked in the pouring rain to make sure everything was water tight before they left that Saturday. His crew came back out on Sunday morning to finish the work. There has been one small leak since, and All Seasons Roofing came out immediately to take a look at it. It was a different part of the roof and not in the initial scope of work, but they fixed it immediately at no charge to us. Since then, we have been leak free despite some heavy summer storms. We were very pleased with the service we received from All Seasons Roofing and would definitely use them again.

He did an excellent job he was very professional very neat he got the problem solved. I would recommend him.

It went fine. Roof is fixed. Reported all this information to Angie's List shortly after the event, but Angie's List did not record the information, and now continues to hassle me for information I gave a long time ago. So, points to All Seasons Roofing--they're good, use 'em--but Angie's List has failed miserably and can screw off.

A pine tree branch came through the roof during today's heavy storm in Middleburg. The branch caused ~6" hole in the roof. I called Mr. Neese and inquired about his emergency repair service. I left a voicemail and within 10 minutes, Mr. Neese returned my call. He stated that he would have his repairman come look at it. If his repairman was unavailable, Mr. Neese offered to come from Jacksonville to do the work himself. Mr. Nesse's repairman called me and we agreed to meet at my home in ~30 minutes. The repairman arrived before I did and already had the hole replaced. Outstanding service. Mr. Neese was very concerned about my situation and his repairman was efficient and spot-on. In today's day and age, you just don't see excellent, prompt and efficient service like this anymore. Especially at 7pm on a Friday night. Mr. Neese and his repairman are to be commended for their outstanding service and commitment to the customer. Thank you guys!

Mr. Neese and his crew did an outstanding job putting on the roof and gutters. I really liked that Mr. Neese was on the job site most of the time (that was one of the deciding factors to hire his company for the job) and when he had to leave for a couple of hours on the first day, he did come back to check that everything looked good and secure at the end of the day. He personally walked around after the job was done making sure that there was no debris or nails left and everything was done to his standards. Communication was great. I have to say that his crew worked very hard and it looked like they knew exactly what they were doing. Very professional. I received some nice comments from my neighbors about the roof, it does look great. I would hire Mr. Neese again.

David Neese of All Seasons Roofing was among five providers we contacted for an estimate on a full re-roofing of our 1,200 sq. ft. home. During the estimate he invited me up onto my roof to explain everything he would do and point out trouble spots that needed the extra attention he would give them. He then came back down and re-explained it all patiently to my wife. He took a few minutes to go back to his truck, then provided a computer-printed written estimate right then and there. When I called two weeks later to award him the job David was ready to schedule us. He is a busy guy so we expected to be scheduled more than three weeks ahead, and we were at first. He had a cancellation on another job and was able to move us up. The work was performed exactly three weeks after our original contact, just eight days after I called to give him the job. A sub-contractor delivered an empty trash trailer the day before the work began. Then David and his crew arrived at 6:30am to get started as early as possible on what was to be a very hot day. They started by laying out drop cloths around the perimeter to catch trash. The crew worked fast but diligently to remove the old roof, repair a few small patches of rotted fascia boards and ?rafter tails?, replace valley metal and vent pipe boots, install five brand new 6? roof vents, lay down full coverage of brand new polymer underlayment and of course install all new Certainteed shingles. During the course of the job he trimmed some low-hanging tree branches over the garage and was able to dispose of the trimmings before the end of the day. Before they left, David followed his crew around with a low-tech magnet device to pick up whatever nails might have fallen outside the drop cloths. He then returned the next day to work with the sub-contractor who installed the new gutter. He also ran his magnet device around the yard one more time to be sure they picked up all the trash. David was absolutely charming, informative, patient and outstandingly professional throughout the entire process, from first contact to final payment. David?s price was competitively low, yet, I admit, not the lowest estimate we received. But his professionalism far and away outshone everyone else who bid on my house. Obviously you don?t get a new roof every day, even every year. But we will certainly call David Neese and All Seasons Roofing first when it is time for us to get a new roof on our house again, and we will highly recommend him to everyone we know who needs a new roof now.

A tree limb (at least a foot in diameter) had fallen on our garage roof, crushing one corner. There was no structural damage, but enough superficial damage that we knew we could not repair it ourselves. David came by for a quote at 9am (on time) and fortunately for us, he had time in between jobs that day, and could actually start the work. He was down-to-earth, gave an honest, detailed quote, and was very professional and friendly. We decided to hire him the same day, based on all the above. He went above and beyond, with the work involved, and we would hire him again for future roof work.

After taking a look at my problem Mr. Neese went to his truck and got his tools and ladder, went up and fixed the hole, walked around and looked at the rest of the roof and glued some loose shingles down. When he was finished I asked for an invoice and he said there wasn't enough work done for him to charge me anything. I didn't know people like this still existed! He was honest and also told me that my garage and house roof was good for a few more years and just starting to show normal signs of older roof wear. No worries. Absolutely a great experience with this company!

No response received from this vendor from my inquiry thru use of Angies List
