owner came out and spend a couple of hours examining the roof. He gave me an estimated cost to repair. Repair was done at agreed upon price. Owner came out after repairs and made sure things were done up to par and to my satisfaction. Highly recommend them for excellent work, fair price and great professionalism. Thanks again.

David and Frank called back quickly to set up service. They gave us an approximate price over the phone. We asked them to come out and inspect the area and give us a firm quote. They came out within a day. We hired them and they came the next week to do the work. I was very impressed with their responsiveness and professionalism. We were setting this up while we were out of town and it was a pleasure to have a company that understands the importance of communication!

I had the pleasure of working with Frank from All Seasons Roofing. Frank arrived timely for the estimate, got on the roof and did a thorough inspection. He even cleaned out some lint buildup from the dryer exhaust while doing the inspection. I was provided with a detailed estimate prior to Frank leaving that evening. The bid provided by All Seasons was priced in line with other companies but it was not pricing that won my business. It was apparent that Frank cares about the work that he does and has the experience needed to do a quality job. I was so impressed that I signed the contract that evening to complete work on the next available date. I cannot say that I had the same experience with other companies that offered bids to me that I found through Angie's list. Frank was very polite, knowledgeable and professional. I have no concerns working with All Seasons Roofing of North Florida again. If you have high expectations give All Seasons a call.

These guys are great! They were perfect during the appointment. I had a problem with a leak and they were able to take care of it right away. He fixed exactly what needed to be fixed. They went above and beyond for me.

After years of having bad experiences with contractors, paying for jobs that were not done correctly or to what we had agreed upon, it is my pleasure to review All Seasons Roofing of N. FL, Inc, because my experience was great from start to finish. David Neese, Owner was a true professional. My initial contact with him, I left a message on his phone and received a call back within 15 minutes. We set up a time to get an estimate. Though they charged a $15 for the estimate (which goes toward any repairs cost), it was so worth every penny. Frank, an employee of All Seasons Roofing came out and spent an 1 1/2 hrs doing a very complete survey of the situation, "what was causing the leak in our garage". We have foam in our attic so to determine where the leak originated from is very difficult. After Frank looked through the attic and all over the roof, he located the leak in and around the chimney. He explained in detail what was happening and how the water was traveling to the point in the garage where it was leaking. We set up a day & time for the job to be done. Frank and a helper stripped the chimney to bare bones and rebuilt it. Though it took a little longer than original quoted, no additional labor fees were added to my bill. David, Owner came by toward the end of the job and reviewed everything that had been done. Both of these men were very professional and worked very hard to get my job done to my satisfaction. I would not only using them again, I would highly recommend this company to anyone who is in need of roofing services.

Everything went well! I purchased the Angie's List deal for a basic roof inspection for $75.00. About 3 days later David contacted me and inspected the roof. He was very detailed and was there to answer any questions that I had. I will make sure to use him in the future.

I appreciated the professionalism of All Seasons Roofing. I scheduled the inspection because I was concerned that I needed new roof. The inspector found some minor items, and scheduled prompt repair. I will definitely have All Seasons do annual inspections.

I signed up for the roof inspection on 23 April, was contacted by David a few days later, and set a date for the Inspection. He arrived on time, did the inspection, explained what was needed, gave me an estimate of prospective costs, plus estimates on any other work that might be required. David called on 7 April and said and his crew would be here on 16 April, and to expect the trash trailer to arrive on the 15th. At about 0645, David's crew arrived and started their work. Tarps were placed around the perimeter of the house to catch falling bits of material. Then they attacked the roof. I was really impressed at the way they worked. I think they took, maybe, 30 minutes for lunch, and started back. As the work progressed, one of the crew was always cleaning up around the perimeter of the house. By 1930 everything was complete and all the debris was in the trailer. As David was getting ready to leave, he told me that if If I had any questions later to please contact him. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone who is looking for quality workmanship at a reasonable price.

David Neese was easy to deal with over the phone. I asked him to inspect the roof for possible hail/wind damage. He showed up less than 10 mins. late, gave the roof a thorough going over, and waived any fee because he found no damage. He said the roof was a 25-year roof, good for another 5-6 years. In an open, friendly way he explained industry changes to me and told me that the quality of the conventional tar shingle product had been significantly upgraded within the last ten years due to changes in manufacturing and materials. In October of 2013 we met Dave (owner) at the jacksonville home show. Soon after, he came to give us an estimate. We had 2 other estimates done as well. We waited to move forward on picking a roofer until the spring due to the holidays. We are so happy that we picked All Seasons Roofing. Dave gave us clear expectations of how the process worked and he kept to his timetable perfectly. Dave worked along with his crew to get the job done. Dave took us through the steps to get mitigation form for insurance (to help get insurance lowered), he filled out forms and took pictures. The crew worked tirelessly to replace areas that needed repairs and did an amazing job on our new roof. Not only do we love it but our neighbors even commented on how hardworking the crew was and how great our roof looks. Dave did a super job in making sure the yard was cleaned up well (we have 2 boys who love to play basketball) and I think he went above and beyond. We made a great choice!

Dave came out right away and completed the roof inspection. I had previously told him I thought I needed a new roof and needed it replaced quickly. Instead of "scamming" me, he completed the inspection and identified only minor repairs that were needed. He could have just as easily recommended the new roof I thought I needed. His team completed the repair work quickly. All went very smoothly and all communication was handled via phone calls and emails, which kept me from having to take off work to meet with anyone. I wouldn't hesitate at all to use their services again - or to recommend them highly.

He was soo busy, he was not able to come out in the 2 weeks that I needed. He was very nice, but obviously not needing work.

I had David do an extensive repair on my rental property a couple years ago, and he is the only roofer I use. When I had a small roof leak on my own home last week, I gave him a call. He kept me informed as to when he would arrive, found and corrected a minor problem, and was on his way. Always professional, thorough. He didn't even charge me this time. While it's never good to have a roofing issue, It's great having David available to take care of things. He takes care of his customers.

He provided an estimate after arriving on time for the initial consult. During the estimate process he put a temporary repair in place to stop the leaking. He was on time to complete the job, left no mess, completed the work quickly and we have had no issues with leaking since.

He was good and I really appreciated him. I knew I needed a roof, so I used this big deal as an estimate. He took pictures and showed me things -- it was very helpful.

He covered the entire width of me roof with a product the has kept my roof from leaking and looks incredible.

The roof repair crew was very diligent in fixing any and all spots that could be letting the water in. We've had a couple of bad storms since then and have had no leaks. I would definitely recommend All Seasons if you need a roof repair.

After contacting 7 different companies for proposal I chose All Seasons Roofing and I am so glad I did! David was very thorough, patient, professional & kind. He answered all my questions (and I had a lot of them). He schooled me on all the different types of roofing materials available and gave me the pros and cons of each. He took his time to ensure I understood everything. He attended the job and checked to ensure everything was ship shape. His crew was wonderful. They worked from sun up to sun down to get the job done. I am very pleased with the service he provided and just contacted him again to do gutters at our home.

This included removing the old roof, repairing some damaged wood, replacing the drip edge, applying an underlayment, and laying the new roof. I had a few tricky area's that were almost flat, and they used a rolled roofing product here to ensure water couldn't back up under the shingles. David communicated clearly before, during and after the project - helping us get a deduction with our insurance company by certifying our roof complied with current wind codes, even though the home was built before those codes went into place. It was a great experience and we've already recommended these guys to some friends.

I liked him. He was great. He came out and he gave me a good estimate. He was pretty thorough. Everything was fine. There were no issues at all. I referred him to my son and he did some work on my son's roof, and on my neighbor's roof.

We contacted David on 2/27 to discuss having someone take care of our leak. We just purchased our house a few months prior and we thought all repairs were made adequately (different roofer) so we were quite upset when we saw this leak. He was able to book an appointment right away and accommodate our limited hours. He arrived yesterday and inspected the roof and found not only the issue which was not covered by the other roofer, but also corrected some of their work too! Instead of telling us the issue and booking another appointment, he was able to go ahead and fix the issue that night before a big rain storm. He was very delightful and friendly. After he left, we decided right away that we are getting our whole roof inspected by David. There was a minimum charge of $120.00 for services.

It was simple and straightforward with scheduling. They ran a little late to the appointment due to weather, but they called to let me know. It was great and everything turned out well. I ended up hiring them for a much larger job of gutters and tile replacement on the roof. They cleaned up well after the job was complete. Overall, it was a good experience.
