Scheduled repair to vent flashing after an inspection by David. David and a tech arrived promptly at scheduled time and began working immediately on five plumbing pipe vents. The tech completed the repairs in less than two hours removing and replacing the vents, saving the existing shingles, and sealing the vents with appropriate sealant.

Requested a roof inspection via Angie's List. A message via Angie's List/email was received on Friday, requesting a phone number. I responded via Angie's List/email. David called on Monday to schedule an appointment for Tuesday. He called on Tuesday that he was enroute. He arrived and I explained my immediate concerns. He inspected that section of the roof and stated that the old sealant was hard, missing, etc. He sealed it with some new sealant. He inspected the entire roof and gave me a repair proposal. The roof shingles were in good shape but the various vent flashings required replacement and a few nails were exposed on the ridge caps. Requested a date for repairs and awaiting for response. David called back within an hour after the inspection and stated if Saturday was good. I confirmed. I will update when the repairs have been completed.

Dave was great. Gave me an honest assessment of my roof after I had a leak. Estimate was reasonable so hired him to do repairs. Was able to come sooner than initially planned and completed job with excellent results.

I have had a persistent leak in my roof around the chimney. I had several roofers perform work in the past year or two that never seemed to stop the same leak. I figured I needed someone new to go at it. I called All Seasons Roofing of North Florida - along with several other roofing companies - to get an estimate. One company admitted they were 2-3 weeks backlogged (there was a lot of rain at the time) and another company could not get to my house for an estimate until almost a week. Dave, the owner of All Seasons Roofing of North Florida, was there in a day or so. He showed up on time and gave me an estimate that day. He seemed to be fairly sure that the chimney cap needed replacing. He suggested making the replacement then waiting a month or so to see if the leak was fixed. He scheduled the job for the next week and showed up when he said he would. He removed the chimney cap, had a new one made and returned a few days later - again when he said he would - to finish the job. Dave is experienced, professional, thorough, dependable, responsible and fair. Though the jury is still out on whether the leak is fixed, I believe it is as when Dave put a tarp on the chimney for a few days while the new chimney cap was being made, there was a lot of rain and we didn't have any leaks. I would highly recommend Dave & All Seasons Roofing of North Florida anytime. [December 2015 update: the roof still leaks. Like many other local roofers, Dave wrings his hands and tells me there is nothing he can do further. This affected his previous 'A' grade.]

He went up on my roof and he kept finding more things wrong with the roof. Then he gave me a quote of $1,200.

I purchased a roof inspection special in early March. I reached out to them over period of two months. They did not respond until May saying they had to leave town. By that point, I had already requested a refund.

I purchased a coupon ahead of time. A time was set up for the inspection. On time arrival. Inspection completed, report printed with clearly stated details about the cost. Suggestions were made about having the roof professionally cleaned. Other than the inspection, we have not had any work done. We will likely be contacting All Seasons to complete the work.

Mr. Neese did a very thorough roof inspection. He showed me an area that would need to have wood replaced and explained the work that would be done. The re-roof project went very smoothly and he even sent someone out to address a problem with the gutters after the roof was completed. We are very pleased with the quality of the work done.

Almost three months out, the roof seems fine. Price was competitive. David seems like a straight shooter, and I really loved dealing with the owner/operator rather than some estimator who'll have nothing to do with the actual work. I would definitely recommend All Seasons, all in all a great experience. As with all roofing companies, I recommend pushing for inclusion of as much additional wood replacement in the original estimate as possible, this is always a possibly significant unknown.

It is the busy season and had to schedule to avoid rain but they came in and completed the job in less than two days.Did original inspection with pictures. The finished roof is beautiful and the repaired areas well done. Price was about what I expected after consultation. They were a pleasure to deal with and the clean up was impeccable. Roofers can leave a mess, but that was certainly not the case here. I would hire again and would recommend to friends.

The cost above was for the repairs. The cost of the inspection was additional. Well worth it! I had a roof leak a number of years ago. It was caught by our termite inspector, who pointed out a stain in our TALL ceiling that I never would have noticed. My husband called a company, whose name I don't remember, to come fix the roof, which they allegedly did. We can't get up on the roof, so we had to take their word that everything was fixed properly. Last year I thought it would be a good idea to be proactive and have the roof inspected. I contacted All Seasons Roofing. He came within a reasonable time, went up on the roof, took pictures, showed them to me and explained exactly what needed to be done. He found new things that needed repair, as well as repairs that were necessary due to the less-than-quality workmanship of the prior company. I plan to call All Seasons again in a few months for another inspection. It's worth it for the peace of mind.

Wow...we are so thankful we called Dave and All Seasons Roofing of N. Florida, Inc. Our previous roofing contractor had not returned our calls after almost a month of trying to get them to come out to look at a soft spot we found on our roof. So we called Dave after searching Angie's List and the BBB. He and his crew were very prompt and professional. Their price seemed fair. We called him on a Sunday evening, got a call back the next day (which was a holiday) and he said he'd try to get to us by Wednesday because rain was forecasted for Thursday. Instead, we get a call a on Tuesday asking if we would like to get it done a day earlier and of course we did. He had taken pictures of all the problem areas and made sure his workers understood everything that had been discussed about the repair. They did a nice job matching our older shingle color. Job site was clean and debris free when they were done. He told us our roof should last another 3-5 years. When we need it replaced, All Seasons Roofing is who we will call.

When the gentleman came to my home he talked with me about what problems I was having with my roof and what I wanted him to look for. He then went on the roof, inspected it and took pictures of areas of the roof and the gutters. He typed up a report and printed it for me along with the pictures he took that are in color...all before he left that day. He was very personable, attentive to my concerns and quite professional. I would definitely use this business again.

Frank came out to our home, thoroughly inspected the leak and found the source of the problem. He was very professional from start to finish. It has been raining heavily and we have not experienced any further leaks in that area. We would definitely use this company in the future.

David was very thorough and found both leaks that another roofer could not locate. Not only did he find the leaks, he fixed them. We had a huge downpour shortly after David left and there was no further leaking. Highly recommend!

I bought the roof inspection. After 2 days of buying the certificate we had a problem with the roof and a neighbor recommended a roofer who came out immediately. We still had not heard from All Seasons Roofing. It was several days later that we heard from All Seasons Roofing. That was too late. I can't use the certificate on a service that I already know has a problem. We did hear from All Seasons Roofing that there was a illness and they couldn't get to us.

Time is money, Friend, a very few us have the time for long write-ups. Bottom line, Dave did an excellent job and I will use him again.
