We contacted Dave after reading excellent reviews on Angie's list. We called him on New Year's Eve; he came to provide an estimate on the morning of January 2nd. He very clearly and professionally went over all our options, different roofing materials, skylight options etc, and prices thereof. We made a decision within a few hours and he was back that afternoon so we could sign the contract and give him the deposit. He also got the building permit taken care of so that he and his team could start work the next day. All the work would have probably been finished within two or three days except that we had chosen to have a metal roof, the materials for which needed to be ordered and arrived about three days later, and that rain interfered on one day. All in all I think the job was complete within a week. We were very impressed with Dave, his forman Eric and the rest of his team; they kept us informed of where they were at every step of the way. We would highly recommend them to anyone.

I wouldn't hesitate to call Dave for further consultation if this doesn't fix the problem.

David returned my call in less than 24 hours. He came out and walked the attic to locate two roof leaks. While he was there, David quickly fixed one leak and then came back the next day with one of his crew members to specifically identify the problem with the larger area. We called to obtain quotes from other contractors, but most never called us back. Those that did were within the same price range.

This roof repair was made on a rental property we own in another city, so we were unable to be on site to monitor the project. The company owner kept us informed by telephone to let us know he'd inspected the roof and what he found, how much it would cost to repair, when he could do the work, when he actually began the work, when he completed the work. He's courteous, professional, prompt, and saved us roughly $9,000 over estimates from other roofers. While others said the roof had to be replaced, he told us the roofing material still had several years of life in it and pointed out three problem areas he could fix for far less than the cost of a new roof. It rained the day after he finished the repairs, and there was not a single drop of water leaking into the building.

I cannot say enough good things about David Neese and the way he runs his business. Very professional and personable. Just a pleasure to work with. When it got dark and I thought they would have to come back the next day, out came the lighting system and they continued until finished. David even ran a large magnet through the yard to pick up any roofing nails that had fallen to the ground. David handles himself in such a way that will inspire complete confidence in everything he states he will do and when he will do it.

Called on Friday, 09-12-08. Dave stated he would stop by the next morning (Saturday) to give an estimate. He called that evening & stopped by since he was in the area. He stated he could come on Saturday to do the repairs. Since it would be difficult to match the color to the 12-yr-old shingles, he suggested switching a few shingles from the back of the house to the front. Since the location of the missing shingles were highly visible from the street, the replacement with the older shingles blended in with the rest at the front of the house.

The work was performed expeditiously over the weekend and the price was very reasonable.

Came the next day to give a quote. Gave us several options from replacing the one broken skylight to replacing and upgrading all the skylights (we chose the latter). It took a week to order the lights. Installed with no fuss or muss.

David Neese provided an excellent, up-front estimate of the work to be performed. He showed us manufacturers brouchures about skytunnels and gave us shingle samples to select from. His sales and customer service skills were low-keyed and professional. The crew and materials arrived when scheduled and work was completed within two days. David personally supervised the crew and did the skytunnel installations himself. Not only does our house look great from the outside but the addition of the skytunnels in our livingroom has given us a new interior as well. We could not be more pleased.

Dave was a true professional from start to finish. I contacted him after seeing the other member reports on Angie's List. He returned my call promptly and came out on a Saturday to give me an estimate. Dave could have taken advantage of my lack of roofing knowledge but instead was honest and told me that a repair wasn't necessary when I thought it was. His work was excellent and his crew cleaned up their debris exactly as he said they would. I would not hesitate to use Dave again and I am sure I will when I need a new roof in a few years. This is the most professional contractor I have experienced in several years, do not hesitate to call Dave for any job you may need of him. He is the best in the business and is a prime example of how Angie's List works.

What an absolute joy to work with David Neese! He responded quickly (within a couple hours) to my voice mail request for an estimate. He came out the next day (Sunday) in the pouring rain. The Sunday visit was especially helpful to meet my schedule. He listened to us; he inspected the building; he kept the bid repairs to what was necessary to restore the shed's integrity; he agreed to use leftover materials we had saved from the house reroofing three years before (only enough to partially complete the job, but he credited us with the value of those materials in the bid). He delivered a bid before leaving that day and was able to give us an approximate date for the work one week to ten days out). He kept in touch as to scheduling (with me in Minnesota and with my on-site father in Southside. The job required two men about six hours. They worked steadily and quietly (as much as roofing can be quiet). The finished product was neat and tight. The whole process was painless for us (David even took care of covering inside shelves and moving breakables to minimize inside cleanup, and he primed the new wood (because we won't be there to paint for a month or so). My father is especially sensitive about protecting his driveway from heavy vehicles, and he was completely satisfied with All Seasons Roofing. Only a small trailer was brought on site, and the work area was completely cleaned up after the job. David was unfailingly responsive, professional and "can do."

David Neese's call on my home was a very pleasant experience. He made a very thorough inspection of my roof, vents, soffits and fascia, and provided a clear, detailed estimate of his proposal of work to be done. His ideas for modifications to improve the service life of the installation were good ones, and his price and guarantees for workmanship and materials were competitive. My wife called a total of eight roofers to request estimates, all of whom had "A" overall ratings. Six returned her call. We received five estimates, including All Seasons Roofing of North Florida's, and in the end chose to use a competitor, also found on Angie's List, because of a slightly lower estimate for a shingle with a higher wind rating. Would I call David Neese again? Absolutely. He's a gentleman and a pro.

It went extremely well. The company contacted us immediately, did an estimate the next day and the roof was installed a week later. They cleaned up all the mess very well.

David responded to our call quickly and provided a written estimate before he left. I indicated at the time of acceptance that I would like him to start ASAP and he completed the job within three days of that request. His crew did a good job and cleaned up the area thoroughly. David matched shingles I had placed on the roof of our house six years before. He included minor wood repair in the estimated price.

The call to All Seasons Roofing was answered immediately by David Neese, President. I had called several roofing companies a few months earlier with poor response from all. I was impressed that my call was answered so quickly. David and his technician came the next day to estimate the job, gave me a quote that I thought was fair and scheduled the work for the following week. As promised, he called before the scheduled work day to confirm and arrived as planned. His roofing specialist spent nearly the day going over the roof, completing all that was contracted and correcting all the problem areas. I was most satisfied that David took the time to source the matching shingles, having to check four suppliers to get the match. He later came by when the job was completed to inspect the work himself and explain what was done.

Great experience. Estimated cost was $7,500.

David could have come out here and sold a new roof. For all that I knew I needed one. He didn't. He told me that he could fix what was leaking for $1,200.00. That's what he did. We've had a couple big rainstorms since, and it's held tight as a drum. He was on time, conscientious and did what he said he would do for the money he said it would cost. Who knew there were still guys out there like that. Yep, I'd use him again.

I selected Dave from Angie's List due to the number and quality of reports. I can say that he does not disappoint. I had an estimate on Wednesday and his crew was out making the repair on the following Saturday afternoon while I was running errands. From my inspection, the work looks great! Overall, great work at a good price, very punctual and returned all of my phone calls.

They were great. When he brought the quote, he gave us samples to look at and explained everything. He worked around our schedule (visitors coming) and completed the work quickly. They protected our plants and pool with tarps and cleaned up very well. The roof looks great!

We got several estimates and after doing all our research we decided to go with All Seasons Roofing (David Neese). David brought us samples of the shingles we liked so we could see the actual colors and pick the one we liked best. He indicated the job would be completed in a day and it was. When that day came, All Seasons Roofing arrived as promised and worked hard throughout the day all the while placing the debris in the trailer parked in our driveway. Our landscaping was also protected. When they were almost done, David discussed in detail how the job went and showed us exactly what was done. David and his workers went over my yard many times with a magnet to pick up any nails and/or metal objects that might have missed the trailer. The job went as planned. We were very satisified with the quality of the work and would highly recommend this contractor.

The work took 2 full days. He came with a crew of himself and 2 other workers. They all came dressed neatly, very unobtrusive. I have a concrete tile roof with only 16 replacement tiles. They broke fewer than 12-13 tiles. They were very difficult to get off. They were very meticulous. He has a very high work ethic and is very professional. I can't imagine finding anyone that could have done this job at such a reasonable price.

After calling company for an estimate Mr. Neese came buy and supplied a bid and as it was not our lowest, he was well equipped to show us all the different colors and types of roof to choose from.

David was referred by another roofing contractor. He returned my message call to ask for estimate within 30 min. Appointment was made next day for 1PM, he showed up 10 mins. early. I explained what work I needed, besides roof I needed two old gas vents removed and decking replaced. Explained other wood I wanted replaced. David proceeded to do his estimate work posthaste. When he was finished we sat down in kitchen to review. David said all the wood I requested to be replaced was not decayed and he replaced only what was necessary. David did not charge for the removal of the two old gas vents. His estimate was not the lowest I received but needless to say I accepted his offer. His honesty and professionalism sold me. And now, that the job is complete I am even more pleased that I chose All Seasons. Upon completion David ask me if I had heard of Angie's List. Told him I was all ready a member. He said he was a new contractor member, think this will be his first report.
