Dave and All Seasons Roofing did a terrific job replacing my roof and all wood damage. I'm probably the toughest client to work for but Dave handled everything very professionally and fairly. They were always prompt and cleaned up after each day. They painted some accents on our roof to match our new roof color. This shows the pride that Dave puts into his work. To give you an idea of the quality work, I just recently had the city inspector check on the work done. When he climbed down his ladder he said this was the best roofing job he had seen in a long time. I highly recommend All Seasons Roofing. Thanks again Dave.

After a named storm dumped tons of water, this issues became severe. I called All Season's at the height of problems for roofing everywhere in Jacksonville. I called a couple places and David was the only one to call me back and offer to come out and give me an estimate. We had some problems connecting which is why I gave him the "B" in punctuality, but in all fairness, I know he was terribly busy and others weren't even answering calls. He gave me an estimate for the whole job and performed the work in a very professional and workmanlike manner. He returned calls and kept me informed.

It went very well. The price seemed a little high, but I'm very happy with the results. I will call them again.

LIttle rain had fallen in my area since the repair but this past weekend with the heavy rains water came in at the same area as before but this time like an open hose not just a drip like before. I immediately contacted Mr. Neese about the leak and he was out of town. He said he would get to me the next week. He did not offer to send anyone in his stead to possibly help protect from further damage until he could address the issue. When he did arrive and reinspected the repair he found two additional areas around the first repair that were severe causes of leaks. He spent several hours again repairing the same area as before. These were easily found with a garden hose. When asked why they didn't check for leaks before they left the first time he said they never do that. He got quite indignant with me regarding the question. I did not understand because if they had done that simple free test the other areas of leak would have be recognized and further damage which did occur would have been prevented and repaired then. I did not appreciate Mr. Neese' attitude and adamant denial of any responsibility for any of the damage which occurred subsequent to his first repair even though this would have been prevented if they had tested their work before leaving but he eagerly accepted payment for the original job. Now I have to add expensive sheetrock repair to this process partially due to his failure to properly fix the leak the first time. I would never use his services again due primarily to unreliable workmanship and his attitude towards me when I questioned what I had paid a lot for.

I was very satisfied with the work and will definitely use him again.

After several attempts with other companies I finally found someone who was willing to climb up in the attic and actually find where the roof leak was coming from. David quickly diagnosed the problem, including showing me pictures of what he found in the attic. He offered to stay and fix it right away (it was already 5pm). He carefully removed the shingles over the leak, cut out the rotted roof decking, put in a new piece of plywood covered it with a waterproof membrane and then replaced the original shingles (they are less than 10 years old) adding tar under the shingles to make sure they stay down. Once the roof decking was off he showed me where the leak had started from. He and his helper quickly finished the job, cleaned up the site and then took a walk around the roof to check for any other potential problems. I am terribly relieved to no longer have to run and check the ceiling every time it rains, this company has given me peace of mind as well as a nicely repaired roof.

I did not use this company, but wanted to review because his estimate was good, he seemed extremely knowledgable, called back when he was a few minutes behind his schedule so he wouldnt affect mine. The ONLY reason I did not use this company was because an equally good company had some references within walking distance of my house. I was very impressed with the total comfort with questions and the clear explanations of the codes and work to be done.

I called the office phone and waited a week before I called the non-office number (David's cell phone). I had 18 other things going on so this was not a big deal. David answered his cell right away and we scheduled an appointment for him to check the job out. He showed up on time and gave me a proposal, I agreed and we scheduled an appointment for him to do the job. I wound up in the emergency room on the night before he was supposed to do the job and I was not sure they were going to release me so I left a message for David to cancel but they did release me at 3:00 AM so I called David at 8:45 AM to tell him I was home. He got the message and showed up and did the job. It's been a week and we have had rain and there have been no leaks. I would recommend David without reservation!

I recommend Mr Neese to anyone with a leak problem in an otherwise ok roof. I called 3 vendors off Angie's List and he was the only one that showed up at the time agreed to on short notice. I had already looked at the problem and could not see anyplace that could be leaking. He looked inside on the ceiling where the water was coming down, went outside on the roof, then to be sure, went in the attic. He said he found where the water was coming in at the flashing and was 95% sure he could fix that leak easily. His only concern was sometimes there is more than one leak. He offered to fix it right then while he was there at a very reasonable price. Outstanding service, reasonable price and a straight shooter. Can't ask for more. I would recommend him to anyone.

David responded to my call promptly and came out for an estimate within a day. After inspecting my roof, he said it wouldn't have to be reshingled, but he could patch and seal the damaged areas. He also contacted the company that had repaired the wall damage in the garage below to get info on what they had seen from the inside of the drywall (they had also put a temporary patch on the leaking area above). Within 3 days of calling to accept his estimate, his team was out and making the repairs. They cleaned up everything and left no trace they were there, other than the repairs. David came the next day to inspect the work and make sure we were satisfied. Only then did he accept payment.

Outsanding work--fast response for estimate, rapid completion of work, stayed until we were absolutely satisfied. I would strongly, strongly recommend them for any and all roofing work.

Our roof leaked over our master bedroom during a prolonged very heavy rain. We had a similar problem about 6 years ago and, after several inspections by the builder, roofer and solar panel installers, the roofer concluded that an opening in the chimney surround (for a satellite dish) was the problem. The roofer sealed that and we thought the problem was solved. Afraid not.! The current leak was in the same area. We called 3 roofers (all from Angie's List). Mr Neese was the only one who inspected not only the roof, but also the attic! He found a small area of moisture damaged wood (approximately 1 inch by 8 inches) that had been hidden by the radiant barrier. Returning to the roof, he pulled back shingles and found a row of nail holes! (About half way below the chimney surround and the solar panels)! No apparent reason for the holes! One hole over the area of the damaged wood was at the juncture of two shingles, allowing water penetration there-especially during a very heavy prolonged rain! Probably some moisture had been getting in all these years, just not enough to cause dripping water into the bedroom. Mr. Neese said that the small area of damaged wood was not structurally significant. Since we have no plans to ever move, we had him patch the small leak and reseal the shingles. Last week we had some more heavy rain over several days, and NO sign of a leak. Hopefully, this is the end of our leaking roof and we'll have the small damaged area replaced when we need to have the house re-roofed in the future. You can be sure we'll call his company when that needs to be done. The only negatives were that, due to his cell phone being broken, it was the day after I first called before I got a return call.

Our house was bank-owned when we bought it in 2009. The inspection turned up four roof leaks, so I contacted a company my dad had used and recommended. Three leaks were around vents, the forth was where the garage roof met an exterior wall on the side of the house. A representative of the first company came out and gave me an estimate of $800 to fix and re-shingle everything. I accepted and the work was done in about 4 hours. Fast forward almost 2 years...I noticed that the roof was leaking around the dryer vent when I was in the attic. I called the other company and left a message. 2 days later, they still hadn't called, so I got David's number off of this site. David was at my house the next day and gave me an estimate of just under $1,500. The first company got around to calling me back after I had already accepted David's proposal. I was very skeptical about paying almost double the money for basically the same job...until they did the job. The first guy had basically done a "cover and hide" job. David showed me a piece of plywood that had a hole in it. Instead of cutting out the plywood and replacing it, the first guy had nailed a piece of flashing over the hole and covered it with shingles. The rest of the job was of similar shoddy quality...the fact that it took David AND his helper about 2 more hours to do the work than it took the original guy told me all I needed to know about that. I watched the progression of the work, and was pleased with the apparent quality of the work and the fact that David answered all my questions--and I asked a lot of them. The first guy I hired had used black shingles, because that's what color the roof was at the time. We had the roof cleaned afterwards, and it turned out the roof was gray. The big black patch on the garage roof really stuck out like a sore thumb. Since there were enough shingles left over from the rest of the job, David offered to replace the black ones at no additional cost. That was clearly a sign of a man who takes pride in his work. The shingles are almost a perfect match, and you can't even notice the roof repair now if you aren't looking for it. It's been over 8 months since the job, and I am happy to report no leaks. I plan to use David for all my roofing needs in the future.

Looked up roofers on AngiesList and saw this roofer was an A rating. Called to get an estimate and spoke with David Neese, the president of the company. We arranged a time to meet at my house and although he was late, he called and explained he was at a previous customer performing additional work. He went on the roof with me and examined for leaks and within 5 minutes had identified the cause of the problem I hadn't found in months of looking. I was expecting a repair bill of $1,000+ and he estimated $180! I was shocked. He returned while we were out of town on the weekend and performed the repair and even suggested we wait until after the next hard rain to pay him just to be sure it was taken care of. I would absolutely use All Seasons Roofing of N. Florida again and even requested an estimate to re-roof the first story section of our split-level house and was shocked that it was a third of what I was expecting. I couldn't be more satisfied.

Dave had the repair scheduled within a couple of days, and managed to squeeze in my repair despite already being scheduled to show at the Home and Patio Show for 3 days. He showed up in the morning to get the team started, and was back the next morning to inspect their work. He also walked the entire roof and addressed a couple of loose shingles that he felt needed attention. His team (Eric, etc.) was also very professional, and cleaned up 100% before leaving for the day. Dave also educated me on how to address the minor mildew in my bonus room, and told me how many years I had left on my existing roof (5-7 years) at my request. Regarding price - I did not price shop because I wanted the repair done correctly this time, and the Angie's List reviews made me feel confident that Dave would ensure it was done correctly. However, the repair price was actually a little bit lower than what I paid for the first (poor quality) repair a few years ago, so I feel comfortable with what I was charged. The addition of the ridge vent was also reasonably priced. As a single woman, it can be hard to find providers that don't try to take advantage of your lack of knowledge in their field and use it to charge more than they should. Dave and his team exceeded my expectations in every way, and I will definitely be calling them in the future for any roofing needs I may have.

I was very pleased with All Seasons Roofing and in particular with David Neese, who delivered on every item in his estimate, was prompt and thorough. The roof looks great, and one neighbor driving by stopped to tell him so. His crew did a good job, especially considering the frequent rain they had to work around once started. They cleaned up very well, no nails or single scrap of debris anywhere. Based on this experience, I wouldn't hesitate to call David again for any of the other services All Seasons provides.

I called David at All Seasons based on his excellent reviews on Angie's list, to get a quote on removal of an old non-used chimney (wood sided). He came right out at the appointed time, and looked at the job, and gave me a reasonable quote that included all the work, repair of any damage found, and removal of all debris and clean-up. I was very impressed with his professionalism and also his clear communication of what the job would entail. He was very good about managing expectations with regard to probably not getting exactly the same color with new shingles as the 7year old roof--however I was very pleasantly surprised with his ability to find shingles using a small sample, that were so close no one would notice. He was able to fit the job in the next day and completed in the timeframe he quoted. He did an excellent job, and made sure I was happy before he left. Overall a great experience.

Overall I could not have had a better experience. Around 8pm or so on a Friday night, a strong thunderstorm had just passed and my wife and I had just gotten home. She noticed something dangling from the side of the house from the roof. It was an old satellite dish that came with the house. Immediately I went up to take a look and see what kind of damage had been done. I knew it was something that had to be taken care of immediately if not an emergency. I quickly jumped online (without the help of Angie's List) and googled "emergency roof repair" and just began going down the list of companies that had 24 hr. emergency service. I had some "hits" and "misses" doing it this way. The "misses" all came in the form of answering machines and the "hits" came in the form of "we won't be able to make it out there until Monday morning, we'll call you then". My biggest concern was the high probability of another thunderstorm coming through before then. The next day I continued with my research to find someone who cared enough to actually make themselves available especially those who advertised "24 hr service", but this time using Angie's List. I did the same thing and went down the list calling all the 'A' rated companies but again, no luck or sense of urgency on their part. Fortunately, David called me back and I was pleasantly surprised when he said he'd be out to my house in the next 45 mins. He arrived on time, I showed him where the damage was at and he went straight to work. He did a thorough inspection of the damage and explained what he saw and what he believed was an existing leak that resulted in some wood rot and other areas of concern. He cleaned out the area and patched up the holes quickly. What made my day was what he said when I asked, "what do I owe you today?". He said he wasn't going to charge me anything because I was an Angie's List member. He gave me a proposal of an actual repair job to that area and even that quote was better than I expected. He also made time to give me a proposal for a roof installation. David is very knowledgeable in this industry and is very honest about his work. I really do appreciate you David for coming out and taking my issue seriously when all of these other companies thought it could wait a couple of days. I'm definitely going to keep that in mind when it comes time to replace my roof. Thanks again and keep up the good work!

I contacted David Neese around 1230 PM and explained to him what I needed done. The work was completed by 6:00 PM the same day. I was very impressed by his promptness and professionalism. I will certainly consider him for larger jobs in the future.

They showed up at 630AM and worked the first day until 830PM. By that time all the old roof was gone, and roofing felt covered the entire roof. They then covered the roof with large sheets of plastic, just in case it rained, which it didn't. On Day 2, they worked from 645AM to 530PM. The roof is gorgeous! It started raining a half hour after they finished. They used a rubber tired trailer for the debris rather than scratch the driveway with a dumpster, and cleaned up so well you'd never know they were there. I cut grass this morning and did not see a single nail left on the lawn. At one point on Day 1 during the demolition of the old roof, a trim piece punctured the screen on our screened porch; David's screen man showed up at 730AM on Day 2 and replaced the two sections of screen on David's dime. They had to work around three solar tube skylights, which they protected and kept debris free. They even re-shingled under two satellite dishes, without knocking either one out of alignment. They reconfigured the discharge from the porch roof gutter so it discharges into a lower gutter, and not onto the roof itself. This had been installed incorrectly some years ago, and was partially responsible for some of the wood rot. We thought the price was fair, the work professional, accurate, and on time. No surprises, which is just the way I like it. I'd recommend them highly.

Dave arrived and climbed all over the roof to find the source of my leaks. He showed me areas where we could improve rainwater flow and avoid future leaks. He was able to determine what was needed in about 30 min. He provided a quote in about 30 minutes after that. He came back the next day to make the repairs. He is very professional and confident in his knowledge, taking time to explain what he planned to do.

I had a deadline to have the roof replaced so I could I could qualify for insurance. I expected them to start the next week but they rescheduled me for the next day, which was very considerate. Not many companies will work their schedules around you. It was an overall pleasant experience.

During a thunderstorm, discovered a leak in the roof directly over the kitchen table, where I was eating dinner. Called this guy at 8PM that night. He not only answered the phone, but was here at 8AM the next morning. He found the leak, and patched it. Because I'd found him thru Angie's List he didn't charge a dime. We need the roof replaced in a couple of years anyway, and have decided to do it early, and give him the job.

It went very well. They were prompt, did high quality work including the carpentry, installation and painting. They explained everything completely and worked quickly as well. Excellent experience
