My house was re-roofed by another contractor in September of 2012. In May, water was leaking down the walls by the chimney. fI called Dave and he responded very quickly. I explained the situation and he went out to the house. He sent me pictures and explanations of the roof and chimney. It turned out that the contractor who had done the re-roof did not properly flash and re-roof around the chimney; in fact, Dave found completely rotted wood by the chimney that the previous contractor never replaced. Dave told me that he would be away and would call when he got back, which he did. I told him to go ahead with the repair. He performed the job correctly, removing stone facing at bottom of chimney, replacing wood, flashing correctly, sealing properly and replacing the stone that was removed. Well, there was a ton of rain this past month and since the repair no leaking! Dave is gem. Thanks Dave!

The worker who came to my house was great! He was on time, friendly, gave me a quick, affordable quote, and called me that evening to set up the appointment for the following day. The best part - I didn't have to take time off work to be there while he did the work! It was an overall great experience and should I need any work done in the future, I will call them again!

Great, Came out on a Saturday during a heavy rainy period and repaired multiple roof leaks and areas that would have leaked in the near future. Very polite and honest and worked very hard to ensure I was happy. I will continue to use All Season for all my roofing needs. Thank you

I would highly recommend this company. I noticed a leak on my back patio ceiling and called All Seasons. They returned my call within a few days (we had just had a weekend of heavy rain) so I thought this was very quick. Frank came out and identified my problem immediately and even offered to take me on the roof (being an engineer I appreciated seeing the problem first hand). I had a leak around a vent due to a bad patch/poor quality roofing by our builder that was done at the time of our home inspection. After years of weather, this turned into a larger problem. He charged me only $15 for a trip charge, not even knowing if I would hire them. Later, I felt the job quote was very fair and did hire them. He was supposed to come out early the next week to start the job (as I knew it wasn?t an emergency). He called before the weekend and said he had been tracking the weather (rain was coming) and wanted to do the work before this so I wouldn?t worry about any more leaking. He came out on Saturday and did the work. In addition, I decided to have him walk my entire roof and do a comprehensive inspection (my request). He came down with pictures of all of the other smaller problems. For a fair price, he spent the rest of the day making my roof perfect. I also have a one year warranty with these repairs. Like he said, the rain rolled through the next day. On Monday, I received a call from him asking me how my former leak was doing. I was very impressed to receive a follow up phone call. Of course, the problem was fixed and I had no further leaking. A few days later, I had a neighbor who was in the construction industry stop me and comment on how my ?roofer really knew his stuff? as he had watched him for bit (incase he needed a roofer). Frank took pride in his work, was an expert in his field and really cared about customer satisfaction so we will be calling them for all future roofing needs.

It took them a couple of days to call me back but based on the storms we've had lately, I was surprised they got back to me when they did. Being one of the highest rated on Angies List, they should be one of the busiest roofers in Jacksonville right now. But they called me back a couple days after I left a message and said the repair guy would be sent out to give me an estimate. I got a call the next day from the repair estimator, Frank, and he said he could come that same day. He came out got up on the roof. He explained that part of the problem and cost would be associated to the fact that the roof had been re-roofed over the old shingles. However his quote was much better than I expected and he could do the work right then. I'm sure if I had made him wait until I got my second estimate, he would have had to charge me more to make the second trip. I thought the $275 was reasonable and affordable so I had him do the work. He warranteeded it for a year. He discussed the condition of the roof and offered to take measurements so they could follow up with an estimate on a re-roof.....again saving them a trip back and keeping my costs down...even thought I said it could be next year before I could take on that cost. All in all, these guys were fast and professional. I would recommend them and use them again.

This consumer was very satisfied with the quick response from the provider as well as how quickly an appointment was scheduled to come out and locate/look at the problem. I will recommend their services!

Called the owener, David, and left message. He called a day or two later (I was not expecting a quick call back as a tornado/heavy winds came through the previous week and I'm sure he had lots of calls). He came out, *thoroughly* inspected the places that needed fixing - saw were the builder had fixed the leaking portion haphazardly (10 years ago when we originially built the house) as well as the other places. We liked his professionalism and he gave us a reasonable quote, so we decided to hire him immediately. At the time he did was not sure when he could come out to do the work, but would call us in a day or two. He did and one of his guys was out within two days. The job ended up being slightly more extensive than originally thought, but they kept to the quote and did an awesome job! It even rained this weekend and there was no problem! I've always heard horror stories about roofers, and I can honestly and happily say that David and his employees are the exception!

After leaving numerous messages for a roofing estimate we have never received a return call.

I called him for some shingles slipping off my roof; he called back later that afternoon and came by the next day to fix that problem as well as some other loose shingles and nail pops. It is important to have patience to wait for him to call you back--it can take several hours--but it is definitely worth it. He is professional, does excellent work for the cost, and is very responsive. He has helped me before, and I wouldn't use anyone else.

Dave Neese is very professional and spends a lot of time on site with his crew. His crew was good. Some of the gutter work had to be redone as the subcontractor had a family emergency and the sub contractor replacement was not up to par. The rework was done promptly, pleasently, and correctly. We could not be more pleased with the work.

He (David the owner) was very nice and courteous and was a pleasure to work with...They accomdodated us with no problems. In fact I'm looking at his company to replace the whole roof now....

Impressed with honesty and willingness to break down pricing to make things as affordable as possible. Of course roof material is expensive so I still have to save up but I will call him back to do the work when I do.

They were a no show so I cannot comment on the quality of their work. After reading the owners tirade of a response I hope that you all can see a hint of character developing of this "roofing professional" I'm glad I missed this one too. My $14,000 cash went elsewhere, and he is so contrite. Makes me feel bad. I guess it was my fault. Sorry. I have updated my ratings on this contractor.

He got back to me quickly. He gave me an estimate that was accurate and he showed up to do the work when he said he would. He may not be the cheapest around but he certainly does a great job.

Everything went exactly as stated in the list of services to be preformed. No problems and they explained everything and answered any questions I asked.

Davis was on time and very responsive to my needs. He was very professional. HIs assistant was efficent and when they left it was like they were not even here. All materials were cleaned up and yard left in a neat fashion. I would HIGHLT recommend All Seasons Roofing you wont be disapointed.

David is fantastic! He performed the work in very little time and included the repair in the estimate fee. I would recommend David to anyone, especially those who are unfamiliar with house maintenance. He clearly is an honest person and knows how important reputation is in business.

The ten year old roof that had been installed by another company began to leak.Water was pouring through the the light fixture in the bathroom and in between the carport and the house. All Seasons sealed the leaks a few mouths ago and with it raining almost daily I am happy to report that there have been no more leaks.

The owner Dave came out, he said as the owner he is on every job site which I loved hearing, that in itself is rare. He was the 4th professional to look at our roof and. chimney to help determine the water intrusion issue(s). Through his diligence, he found a hidden leak and some other issues that no one else had found. He first looked on the roof and told me he really needed to look in the attic to determine the issue. After checking multiple places we both think he found out the problems, one being a hidden hole in the stucco chimney stack. Through his detective work, looks like some stucco work was done to the chimney stack after the roof was laid (by a previous owner, we moved in 6 months ago) and some gaps were left in the stucco causing our leak. He also found some other issues i.e. re nail heads etc. and fixed them to. I told him I was looking for a long term roofer, one regular company, I think his might be the one. I like the way he operates his business, so I already passed on his cardr and Angie's List rating to my neighbor. Dave's been in business for 7 years, it's been more than 7 years since I last needed a roof/roofer and I'm happy to have found him on Angie's List.

Classic tree branch through the roof situation. Small hole in the detached garage was letting lots of water in. David inspected it and printed out a photo of the damage for me. David came out the following week to do the repair and finished it in good time. I paid the price he had initially quoted. He was very good about calling when he thought he would be a little late. The nature of his job is that he can never quite tell how long something will take, so I understand the difficulty in being right on time. I appreciate the courtesy of the call very much. Would definitely use All Seasons in the future.

This is the second service David had performed in my house and I would not hire anybody else. I was very pleased with both of the jobs he did. Thanks to David!

Had roof inspection on August 8, 2012. I was not available to discuss this and my husband got the report (he does not make decusions. I went over David's report and called him for an appointment to complete the repairs. He was able to get out on 8/14/12 (in between the rain) and completed the job in a few hours. Everything was left clean and David explained everything and offered to answer any questions I had. Glad I went with someone on Angie's List. I may have got stuck with buying a new roof if I called the wrong roofer. I like the idea of the Roof inspection offered by this Roofer for 1/2 off which was $75.It was worth it.
