Description of Work: They performed a comprehensive roof inspection. Although there was a bit of a delay from the time I initially contacted them, to the time they actually performed the inspection, they were very professional. The price they quoted to do the roof repair work was a little expensive, but they did provide me with a detailed inspection report.

Description of Work: Roof inspection and minor repairs. There was a minor delay in service, but it appeared to me it was related to high volume, probably based on good work. My schedule was a problem, but Dave contacted me personally and did the best he could. I am very satisfied. The man is a professional.

Description of Work: Had a complete roof replaced. All seasons did a great job. I had 4 bids and the easy choice was going with Dave and his company. The whole process was great from start to finish. The crew was professional, punctual and cleaned up after them selves. Dave was there on site to help with huricane mitigation forms as well, received a 400 dollar yearly deduction in home owners insurance. In the end the experience was outstanding and I highly recommend Dave and his company!

Description of Work: They performed re-roofing of our home. They worked tirelessly from sunrise to sunset, only taking a lunch break. Very impressed with their professionalism, no smoking or cursing. My wife and I are very pleased with the final product.

Description of Work: David Neese repaired a leak in my roof. Based on AL reports and my phone conversation with him, I trusted him to take care of my problem while I was at work, with just my elderly mother there to monitor the repairs. He was Courteous and Professional (capital letters intentional) and the price was fair, especially considering the prompt service and the 20 mile drive through city traffic to get to my house. Do not hesitate to use All Seasons Roofing. (Qualifier: I haven't had a chance to check the repair in the rain; if there's any problem, I'll repost, but I doubt there will be a problem. And I notice there's a one-year warranty on the repair.) While this was a relatively small repair, based on what I've seen I'll call All Seasons Roofing first for any roof repair or gutter job in the future.

Description of Work: I will say immediately that I am very pleased with the work done by All Season Roofing. They were prompt, had reasonable pricing, were easy to work with, completed a good-looking job, and cleaned up completely. Most importantly, their effectively remedied my leaking roof. My house had been re-roofed with fiberglass shingles about four years ago by a contractor other than All Seasons Roofing. In the last year we started to see ceiling damage in one of our rooms. In heavy rains, we noticed water in other rooms. We traced the problem to improperly installed valleys. After consulting Angie’s List, we called All Seasons Roofing. I immediately reached Dave, the owner of the company. Dave promised to come to my house to inspect the roof and give me an estimate. Promising to arrive around 5PM, Dave showed up at 5:05PM. This was an encouraging start. I asked Dave to evaluate three of the five eves. Dave evaluated the three eves and in short order gave me an estimate of the cost. Dave was ready to start by Friday but I asked him to delay until the following week. We agreed he would start by Wednesday. Dave subsequently called and asked if he could start a day early. Being ready for him to start, I agreed. Dave said he’d come by on Monday evening to leave some of his supplies and then arrive around 8AM with the remaining supplies along with his team. He did as he said. Dave arrived on Tuesday at 7:45AM and his crew shortly thereafter. They started promptly at 8AM. Dave supervised and his crew of three persons repaired the three valleys. They worked until around 4PM. At that time, the job was completed. There was much wood damage and they removed and replaced the damage as well as reroofing the valleys. In addition, they put protectors on two of the vent pipes near the valleys and repaired part of the soffit. These last items were not in the original agreement. Dave saw that it was necessary and with my agreement did the work. While getting ready to finish, my wife showed Dave the room that had been damaged. That’s when Dave noticed one of the damaged spots was not caused by any of the repaired valleys. Dave and I looked at the suspect valley and agreed we might be able to stop that leak by applying roofing cement. No guarantees the roofing cement would do the job on that valley. I told Dave if the cement didn’t do the job, I’d be calling him back. The roofing cement was applied as they cleaned up and everyone departed by 5PM. Despite the additional work done, Dave adhered to the original estimate. I surveyed the job and everything looked well done. Then I waited for rain to confirm completion. I didn’t have to wait long. A few days later we had heavy rain – 3 inches over night. I then checked the room that had obvious damage. Most of the ceiling was dry as a bone. Other rooms showed no apparent leaks. However, the leak from the unrepaired valley continued to show water damage. The roofing cement failed to do the job. I called Dave again and a couple days later the remaining two eves were repaired. That job took only a half-day as there was little wood damage. I then waited for more rain. Again I didn’t have to wait long. We subsequently had a nor’easter with rain that intermittently fell over several days. This time there was no further evidence of leaks anywhere. Amen. Hallelujah!

Description of Work: after hard rain on a Friday night showed we had leaks in/around chimney, we called a number of roofing companies on Saturday and left a message with each one (perhaps four). David called me back that afternoon as he was repairing roofs that very day and arranged to stop by. He assessed the problem determining it was not the flashing around the chimney but another issue (small hole/crack in chimney cricket valley) in roof and provided an estimate and then proceeded to do the work that also included resealing two pipe flashings and nail pops. We've since had a couple of hard rains and his repair seems to have worked. Interestingly enough, none of the other roofers called me back on Monday or any other day.

Description of Work: I called David about a home leak on a weekend and left a message. I did not hear back so I tried again a few days later and I did hear back within 24 hours. He said he would call later in the week to make an appointment to look at the leak. Those days passed and it has almost been a week and I still haven't heard back. I understand he may be busy he did not follow though on what he said he would do. I even told him I found him off of Angie's list.

Description of Work: After choosing All Seasons Roofing from Angies List, and receiving a free estimate, work was begun almost immediately. The work involved redoing a large room roof that had leeked and needed more of a slope for water run-off. The carpentry was done by ALL-PRO and then finished by ALL SEASONS, both of whom did an excellent job. The work was completed in a timely fashion and the cleanup was impressive. Dave Neese runs a very fine company, is very professional and sticks to his word. All told, he is very agreeable and reliable to work with. JBB

Description of Work: Repaired leak in the roof between the old roof and the new roof. One was shingle and one was tar and gravel. Reseated skylight. They were on time, did the work in a timely manner, cleaned up spotless and the job was well done. Would hire for another job.
