They are very ethical and honest with me in terms of repairs and replacing parts, I was very impressied with the service. Every contractor should be so reliable. When the time came to replace our 30-year old heat pump, All Seasons gave a us a great bid for installing a new Trane unit. They removed the old water to air unit and capped the water line (which ran through the slab under our kitchen floor). The new unit was installed the same day, including the compressor (on a concrete slab they'd poured in advance). It's so quiet and reliable, our home is now evenly heated in summer and comfortably cooled in summer -- and our electric bill dropped significantly. They have performed routine maintenance in the four years since that time. We did have a capacitor go out and need replacing this summer, but as usual, they were quick to respond and reasonably priced.

The install went smoothly, We have used them for 20 years now and our units have always performed well over the long haul. We did hear a strange noise a couple days after install and they came right away to look at the unit and found that nothing was wrong with it. I would recommend them to others for professionalism.

One of our AC zones suddenly quit working. I called All Seasons and because it was a Saturday, reached their answering service. Within 10 minutes I received a call back and was told that the technician could be at my home within 2 hours. He had one other service call to make and then I would be next. He called again as soon as he completed his other job and told me he would be at my home in 15 minutes. And so he was. And then 5 minutes later, he had diagnosed the problem (bad capacitor). He had the part he needed right on his truck and we were back in business within 15 minutes of his arrival. Fast, courteous, professional! And on a Saturday, no less!

Mr. Clifton himself came out, checked the existing system, determined what we needed and gave us a price that was below the other two contractors that we checked. He explained and checked the Federal tax credit that applies to the unit that we bought from him. His installation crew was quick, well experienced, did a very good job and left our home as clean or cleaner than it was when they arrived. They also suggested some fan adjustments that made the system more comfortable and more quiet. We would not hesitate to use All Seasons again and intend to call on them for maintenance on the new system.

They are very reliable. I'll continue to use them.

We called All Seasons on a Saturday when the air conditioner quit working. Derek came out the same day and was able to find the problem and get it running until he could get the part (it ran well through Sunday and sporadically after that). We wanted to think about the possibility of replacing the system since it is old, but decided to just go ahead and replace the motor. Called Derek on Monday and another tech was out on Tuesday to replace the motor.

My overall experience with All Seasons Heating and Air Conditioning was very good. I did feel the price was bit high. The service and end results was great.
