They come out to my house when no one was home to do the work after I told them I wanted to be home for the work. Called the company asked them to leave because I was not there they told me he had to finish the area he started which was one piece of wood and strip of roofing. The owner then called me to tell me I owed him 900 dollars for that small job. The other side of my carport was never fixed so there is a hole where the branch went through it. The email I just received from this company says I need to pay the 900 for the work already done and I will receive an invoice for the other part of the work. This company has been unprofessional and rude. I asked the owner over three months ago to send me the itemized recipe for the 900 because I do not understand how one piece of plywood and a small stipe of roofing can cost 900 but never received anything. I do not recommend this company because I think they are shady.

WOW a company that delivers what they promise and in a timely fashion! My project turned into a 4 day job when we discovered the entire roof deck had to be replaced. This was evident when the old roof was torn off. All Pro really worked with me to deliver a great new roof that looks fantastic and better yet does NOT leak! I highly recommend them as they kept my house secure and dry through the 4 days. They answered all my concerns and questions and were very professional.

The job was done quickly and professionally. I was promised a wind mitigation certificate but never received one after multiple attempts to contact the owner. Poor customer service. I lost out on a discount on my homeowners insurance because they would not deliver on their promise.

Great job. The installers need to clean up better and reinstalled items taken down during the install (Landscape tiles). But besides that I would recommend them.

Very professional. They went beyond what was expected of them. The repair was done, right when they got there. They made sure that everything was clean and complete before they left. I would definitely recommend them for all of your roofing needs.

Be careful about the final price. All Pro did explain that there would be a $60 charge per sheet of 4x8 decking. The problem was All Pro KNEW they were going to install ridge vents and replace the traditional attic vents on my roof. This meant 2 sheets of decking were needed to replace the traditional attic vents Which added an additional $120 to my overall price. The additional price which was a known cost should have been included in my overall price. I don't like hidden surprises at the end when it's time to pay the bill.

First I would like to say that on your scale of one to five Stars they are a Ten in my book... Here is why at the end of everyday I got a complete break down of work done... When they ran into problems with my roof they made me aware immediately... I was already prepared for the possibilities of these problems in advance so ( roof was 36 years old) I knew what to expect. The Actual workers were very courteous and respect of my property... When I had issues with the city They assisted me in straightening them out to meet the cities Code Standards without any extra charge... This is important to me since I didn't know what to expect. When the job was complete, the workers were once again very through on clean up. Making sure to get all nails and excess materials in the dumpster. Then just to make sure they showed me what to look for just in case they missed anything, which they didn't. After the job was complete the Mr. D'Amico. came out to go over the job with me. Which was awesome. Then we set up a date for me to come to the office and finish the paper work. The company also set me up with Greensky Bank so that I could get a no interest loan for 18 months Which was very helpful. I have had several people come and look at my roof. For the amount of work needed the price was better than reasonable. I was better than pleased with the job I will be going back to them for my siding shortly.

Was on time for appointment, work was delivered as promised and under budget.

Fred and Mark were true professionals. Their knowledge in their field was fantastic. If I ever need roofing help again All Pro Roofing will be my choice hands down.

Brian and his team did a great job on our re-roof. All were great to work with, professional and spent a good amount of time explaining the materials used and work involved. The crew worked from day break to sunset, non-stop, to get it done on schedule. They covered the entire roof with tarps when it started to rain half way through and kept working under the tarps! I quoted the project with others around the area and All Pro was determined to give the best rate for the best materials available. The overall project turned out great and we now have a really durable roof that will last for a very long time. With the 50 year warranty on the materials, the roof will probably outlive us! I recommend All Pro for your next roofing project.
