+ -1 moreWe hired All Pro Roofing to repair a leak. They arrived on time and performed some repairs. Brian promised that all was fixed and we should have no more issues with the leak but in case it leaks they will be available to fix as they stand behind they job. We paid them as agreed. After the first rain the roof started to leak again. I called the office and they promised to send someone to take a look at the leak. No one showed up and there days later I called again. Again I was promised they will send some one. After two weeks back and force my roof is still leaking. Now they don't even take my calls. Stay away from this company. Go with someone more reliable.

+ 0 moreI would highly recommend All Pro Roofing to anyone needing and honest and reputable roofer. If anyone ever mentions needing a roof replacement or repair, Brian D'Amico is the one I suggest. Very low pressure sales approach and can explain the difference in products used and the reason for the difference in pricing differences.

+ -1 moreThe entire experience was easy & almost fun...... Brian was always professional, punctual, and followed through with all that he promised. It was clear that he was very experienced but, was easy to talk with and explained things that I could understand. The work was done as promised & he spent extra time with me reviewing his work. The problems were solved & now I know my roof system is working properly so as not to have other problem develop.
Description of Work: Inspected roof for issues that were not done correctly by the previous roofer and were creating other problems. He then summarized the problems and how he would fix them to solve the problems. It was great because he explained what was wrong & how his fix would correct the issues!

The All Pro team was very fast to respond to our emergency need and got us tarped within a couple of hours of our phone call. Brian is very professional and knowledgeable, and provided an in-depth quote that was easy to understand. He assisted us in choosing a new color for our roof and ordered the product promptly. The workers were professional and cleaned up after themselves. Plus, they were efficient and completed the roof in 2 days! Overall, we were very impressed with the All Pro Roofing Team and would highly recommend them.
Description of Work: Complete re-roof with replacement of skylights and some plywood decking. Brian from All Pro also recommended a private insurance adjuster to assist us with filing our claim, due to hail damage. They worked with us while filing our claim by providing an emergency tarp to eliminate water damage inside our home.
