All Pro Home Inspectors has been in business for over 15 years in the greater Jacksonville area. Before becoming a home inspector I had my own home improvement business for over 25 years that has given me insite into potential problems in the homes I inspect. I do a thorough top to bottom inspection of every home I inspect. I am also a licensed Mold Assessor for mold or air quality concerns. Having a home inspection can help minimize your risk and provide you with all the facts regarding the physical condition of your future home or commercial property so that an informed investment decision can be made, without undue stress, costly repairs or delays.

David was great. I need a inspection on file to show the condition of my roof and any termite issues. He brought everthing he needed with him and got right to the inspection. He checked the roof and only found a minor issue at the chimney. He advise me that a handyman should be able to do the job As a senior and a widow I felt very comfortable asking him questions and he was patient about answering them. I highly recommend him and will hire again for any problems I might need help with concerning my home.
