This was the worst experience ever, it is evident from reading reviews this company intentionally takes advantage of women when helping them move. My move consisted of 1 full bed, 2 children sized beds, a rolling foldable treadmill, a tv stand, a small kitchen table. Initially I was assigned 2 men to complete the job, the morning of the owner Josh called me and said he was adding a third person to get the job completed faster, because they had larger jobs to complete after. Upon arrival 3 men showed up but only 2 worked while the third man lounged around the entire time. The company refused to send me a full invoice to break down charges, I was forced to begin moving items to make up for the lack of work of the third driver, they charged me for hours that were not worked. When I called the owner Josh to explain that the third mover was not helping and I had to fill in he made excuses stating “ be understanding he just had a baby, and shouldn’t be at work today. I even placed the other movers on the line with him who agreed that the other mover was not helping. The obvious resolution would have been to remove the third mover from the bill but, Josh refused and also over charged me. I have attached a picture of the worker doing absolutely nothing. A move that consisted of less than 10 small items cost me $1,030 in total my initial $100 deposit and then $930 that was charged on moving day. Please do not use this company they will over charge and make you work for them as if your an employee

READ -All the good reviews have to be fake! They charge by the hour. The rate they charge depends on when you call. Not they day or time of your move. It can range between 129 per hour to 289 per hour! The people moving your furniture know this. It took the 9 hours to load and unload ONE truck. Just furniture and three bins of books. 9 hours!!!The truck was not even full! They refused to take any large mirrors or appliances because they didn’t want any claims… be sure to read the ridiculous claim information! We moved 15 minutes away and were charged 179 as a fuel fee and 279 as a fuel surcharge! Outrageous!! Then tried to charge me overtime! Held my furniture hostage until I paid. The quote they give you was nothing, not even close to what you pay. And the damage!! All my items scrapped in one side! 9 hours!!! Customer service will not help you. They are all awful!! Go somewhere else. You have been warned!

Scheduled a move on Thursday and paid deposit. All My Sons called and verified everything Friday. I was supposed to be moved on Saturday between 12pm - 6pm window. They never showed or called so I was forced to move myself Saturday until I could get a UHAUL on Sunday. They would not answer any of my calls no matter which number I called. Sunday morning I called and only received pre recorded messages. However, when my wife called from her phone they picked up right away, obviously they were avoiding my calls! She explained to them what happened and wanted answers and they told her they called and canceled Saturday morning, which they never did and they also stated they returned my deposit which they had no proof. I called again Monday morning and talked to the same man that talked to my wife ans made him email me proof of the returned deposit. Will take 3-5 business days and then let him know how dissatisfied I was with his company, employees and lack of professionalism. Do not use this company and angies list shouldnt even advertise for them!

I made arrangements with All My Sons after they called me back from Angies list, I explained to the rep what we had to be moved, she said I could be moved but it had to be Thursday which I agreed to. I paid the deposit, and Lawrence the Jacksonville FL rep called me the next day to go over the move. He called me again yesterday to go over everything, I went over the things to be moved again, explained that we we had to be out of the shipping location by 6 again and everything was OK the move was on. I paid others to pack everything up as it had to be done earlier than expected, everything was set up for the move between 12 & 6 as booked, and I received a call from Lawrence at 5:23PM 37 minutes before the deadline explaining to me that his team would be wrapping up in 30-40 minutes and then would be on the way. I explained to him that this would not be acceptable, the location is locked at 6PM, the instructions I went over had to be followed because of the location closing, I paid my deposit and paid extra to get everything ready for his company to which he did not care. I asked him if he could get me in the morning to which he explained that he could not get me in tomorrow. He was more than happy to say that they could cancel my appointment and refund my money to which I said this was unacceptable. I kept asking for a supervisor and he would not give me one. He explained that if I had asked for a first morning move that they could have moved me earlier which I explained I did, then magically he stated that they could get me tomorrow evening at the same SIX HOUR WINDOW BUT COULD NOT GUARANTEE THAT THEY WOULD BE HERE BEFORE 6PM. I told him I wanted to talk to a manager and he would not let me. I told him I was calling corporate, I went over the story four times on four calls asking to talk to a district manager after discovering the reviews for them and was transferred directly back to Lawrence three out of four times. The fourth time I called in I was given a supervisor’s voicemail to which I left a message. I am out extra expense dealing with this as I am waiting for back surgery as I explained to them yesterday and cannot do this myself, and with everything going on Lawrence CANCELLING MY MOVE WITHOUT TELLING ME OR THE CORPORATE OFFICE AND REFUNDED MY DEPOSIT. Is this how this company works? Evidently so per the reviews. Do not use them, waiting in the heat six hours when you can barely walk not being able to leave for food or anything else is not a fun situation. I called them this morning and was told that the move would happen, and if there was any situation that would come up I would be contacted well before the deadline. Being called 37 minutes before the deadline after you have went through this ordeal, being given every excuse possible, being denied the opportunity to speak to a manager repeatedly, being told they could not fit you in the next day with an appointment even though this is their fault, then cancelling your appointment and refunding your deposit without telling you, that is the reason why this is not the location to request a move from as they do not care about you as is evident.

These guys are crooks- do not hire ! The use bait-and-switch and as it appears from the Google reviews they have done this many many times before. The quotes you a low price, then they come pack you stuff and take it to the other location and they demand a price which is more than twice as much as what was quoted or they threaten to confiscate everything unless you pay them. TOTAL CROOKS. I was charged twice as much and they also kept the deposit of $100
