Rick is excellent! He is very detailed and thorough in his work. Punctual, professional and honest! Take extra care in caring for my elderly mom’s home. Just an all around special find in the niche of housecleaning! We highly recommend him!!

Rick is the best. Everything you have read in other Angies List reviews is spot on. Great with dogs, personable, very particular. Once he has a feel for your space he just gets it done. For our place thats 2400 square feet. He has no problem tackling it. Trustworthy. We couldn;t be happier. He IS a one man show so getting on his schedule is difficult but worth waiting for. We happened to be able to get on a weekly schedule with Rick which fits our needs perfectly. For the record, we have used other services, both small and large in the past, so we have a good frame of reference as to what quality is. What you get with the big companies is production work. Its usually ok, ho-hum. Different people all the time, some better than others but rarely exceptional. Rick is all about the details which is how we like it. 5 Stars!!

We had our first (of many) cleanings this week. Rick did a fantastic job. Even my picky husband gave him an A grade :) Little extras organizing his night stand was a plus. We are so satisfied, we are going to have him come routinely. I'm looking forward to coming home every other week after being on the road to this clean of home. PS we have a big dog and Rick handled him in the house without issue.

Richard is a true professional, always on time, finishes on time, communicates well with me on scheduling and any special request and is very detail oriented. I am very satisfied with Richards services and plan to keep him on as my bi-weekly housekeeper. Highly recommended.

Rick was very responsive and happy to have the work. Even though he is very busy he always finds time in his schedule to make it over to the island to clean. He does a very very good job and we will be using him often in the future.

Rick is great and detailed. I have a very crazy schedule and he always accommodates me. I have four dogs and he doesn't mind them at all. This is very important to me.

Rick is amazing. The name of his company really does summerize his work. He's flexible with scheduling and is capable of working around pets in the house which is great. He arrives on time and works diligently the entire time he's at our house. We love his work and HIGHLY recommend him if you are in the market for a house cleaner. We really appreciate the little touches such as folding towels, makes our bed, and even organizes the shoes in the bedroom - he goes above and beyond!

This was the finest service I could've asked for. If he was here in my neck of the woods I would hire him again. He was kind ,on time , extremely professional and very thorough . I'm not sure what the highest rating I can give him if it's all A's or a perfect 10. But he gets the highest marks ! He's is what Angie's List represents.

We were only able to give him about a week's notice. The new tenant requested a thorough cleaning the week prior to moving in. I looked at your other cleaning services and "big deals" but they seemed to focus on loading dishes in dishwasher, making beds, etc., which was not what I was looking for. Some pointed out a list of what they "would not do." Rick allowed half a day but stayed late and even stayed quite a bit later showing us what he'd done and a few techniques to a professional looking cleanup. The hardwood floors looked great! He used a special wood cleaner, which was expensive. He cleaned the stove, refrigerator, mopped floors with his own cleaners; the shower and bathroom never looked so good. He's very nice, an extremely hard worker and a perfectionist! He's such a perfectionist that he prefers not to have a crew. (Occasionally he said he will get a family member to assist). And there were no surprises, what he told me he'd charge is what he charged - which was worth it! He even let us know about a leaky faucet and a problem with the shower that the previous tenant hadn't mentioned, so we were able to get the plumber in to take care of it before the tenant moved in! And he seemed honest and trustworthy --- so much so my wife has already referred him to someone else.

Rick is very responsive, and always promptly returns phone calls or text messages. He does a good job cleaning the house, and always shows up when expected. He is probably the most reliable individual I have dealt with, which is refreshing. I would recommend him to others.

Rick came out to clean a very dirty house to get it ready to sell after I had moved out. He cleaned from 9:30am to 10pm. Because of my 3 large dogs and the moving, the house was truly a mess and everything needed to be cleaned, including walls, doors, trim, 3 bathrooms, kitchen, floors, etc. He did a very thorough job for a very reasonable price. I couldn't be more pleased.

His company name says it all. Rick Whitney, the owner and provider, really does pay attention to the details and works hard to ensure the homeowner is pleased. He is easy to work with and always willing to accommodate. I have used many different house cleaning services in the past but thanks to Rick I don't have to look any further.

Rick is timely, polite, and very accommodating in his work. I love coming home to gorgeous floors, gleaming wood furniture and nice clean kitchen and bath. He is willing to do extra or different things when asked. He also communicates well about when he is coming, and is always on time and works his full agreed time. And he charges me less than my last person who stayed less than 1/2 the time and didn't do as nice a job

Rick comes every other week clean my home, then cleans my office (about a block away). What I appreciate most about Rick is his willingness to take input on how I want my spaces cleaned. He does a nice job, and if I see something that needs to be addressed, he takes care of it promptly.

I contacted the company and scheduled the cleaning for the next week. The company assessed the property by our lock box, contacted us upon arrival, performed a great service then departed.

Outstanding! Very profession, on time, needed little direction, very knowledgeable of products used and needs of the house. Very detail oriented and complete. Looking forward to continuing use of their services.

A couple of months ago, I went to Bunco night at my neighbor's house and marveled at how CLEAN her house was. My house is where dust bunnies go to die, so when I saw the museum-quality-clean, I made sure to find out who helped her with her cleaning - she led me to Rick Whitney. Rick Whitney, owner of All In the Details Housekeeping Services, is bar none the most conscientious house cleaner I have encountered. Before him, I tried 3 other services within the past year, all of which did an OK job, but with Rick, you don't just get and quot;OKand quot;; you get as close to perfection as I've encountered. He is punctual, professional, meticulous and his rates are quite reasonable. I very highly recommend him.
