This company reached out to me concerning my request. I asked for a ball park estimate over the phone based on the info provided. They said they would come out instead and according to the address I provided, was only 20 minutes away. Almost half hour later after not hearing from them, I called and they gave excuses that he got tied up and was profusely apologizing but was still coming and would not disappoint. He finally arrived and came into my home and took inventory of everything he needed to do but then said he had to send an estimate later that evening after he left. I reached out and nothing ….. I never received that estimate and never heard from him again. That’s two times he dropped the ball and failed to communicate. Of course if he didn’t want the job based on the scope of it, he could have made his mind up over the phone and saved us both time. It’s hard to find honest people who operate with integrity.

Rodolpho and his crew were excellent . They arrived on time. Carefully examined the room and the project. Gave me a very reasonable estimate. I hired them. They arrived the next day. Did excellent work in half the time they anticipated. They cleaned up the work space better than I could. And they did all this with politeness and a smile. As they were leaving they noticed I was having trouble with my automatic gate. They then spent considerable time on the and though it could not be fixed, they gave me good advice as to how to proceed. We had a very positive experience in every respect. I am looking around my house to find more projects for them.
