We hired All Covered and Steven Ford on 6/5/2012. He quoted us $2,000.00 for a side window replacement on a condo. That day we wrote him a $1,000.00 check for the deposit and to order the window. We checked in with Steven every few weeks and he continued to state the window was on back order. He said it would be two months and we kept checking. He did at one point state he had our money and was checking with book keeping and that he would mail it back. That was after 4 months. Now after 5 months he has stopped returning calls and is hiding from his responsibilities. He claims to have good referrals from other locals but those maybe from a time when other people worked with him. Do not hire this company besides being irresponsible, unprofessional and dishonest they are criminals. The police have deemed it a civil matter so we will be pursuing Steven Ford in court. Please do not hire this company and save yourself the heart ache.

The agreement was that the trim included the vents on the side of the house, which did not get painted. Also, the agreement included fixing wood rot on the front of the house. Neither of these were completed. I have been in contact with the owner and he has repeated stated that they were going to come back and complete the work. However, it is November 7th and the work has not been completed. I have paid for the entire job. There is a one year warranty on the job, but that does not appear to mean anything. I am still hopeful that the work will be finished, however I am becoming very frustrated.

When my wood floor developed a hollow sound underneath one section I was concerned and asked "All Covered" to take a look at it. Mr. Ford and his associate came over that day, looked at the floor and advised me not to do anything to it. He could have easily said "That needs a lot of attention" or "this is a big problem" but instead told me that the glue had come loose under a few of the boards, that it didn't need repair and that if we tried to repair it we would wind up with an unsightly area of the floor - we'd have to put in all new flooring or it would look like a patch - and it's very noticeable as it's right where the hallway opens to the main dining/living room. I appreciated Steven's honesty and professionalism and would recommend him to my friends and neighbors.

Entire process went terrific. Steven Ford and his small team -- Jesse, Dave, Ben -- completed all work on-time and to-standard. His pricing was very competitive, and his can-do, very positive attitude was most welcome. Having purchased a home that needed a total make-over, All Covered did the job exceptionally well. Their painting quality was superb -- and this with a mix of over 20 different colors and several different coating textures. Only negative or room for improvement is (1) better clean-up and (2) more drop-cloths for preparation.
