All American Movers and Storage Inc

Horrible!!! Instead of their proposed arrival time between 10 & 12 they arrived at 1:45 & left at 5:45 saying they “had another job to go to”. They were not finished so asked them if they would be back the next day to finish & they promised me they would. In the meantime they asked us to remove the packing paper from the unpacked boxes & flatten them. They were supposed to take care of that too but we agreed to accommodate them. After they left I called the main office & left a message asking what time they would arrive the next day. I didnt hear back by the following Morning so I called again & left another message. Its been 2 weeks today & I have called 5 x’s with no responses. I have furniture that has not been put together (a very heavy 2 piece armoire, a bed with a dresser & mirror that are in my dining room, & a heavy 2 piece dining room hutch. They broke a leg off one of the beds, put it together & now it leans to one side. They also broke about 25 pieces of glassware & dishes. I’m missing a glass shelf from my dining room hutch (presumably broken too). And they scratched & gouged several pieces of furniture. I am going to have to hire someone else to come out & finish up what was left undone. I could go on. There’s more but what’s the point!!! They are irresponsible & obviously have no scruples.

The movers were scheduled for 11am and didn't arrive until 3:00pm on the day of the move. The movers were not made aware of my special requests and I had to call the office constantly to correct and remind them of my original special requests. I was assured when I hired them that my move would "work perfectly with their schedule" and then later told that the manager asked the salesperson NOT to conduct my move on that day. A one day moved turned into a three day move. I can go into great detail what occurred over the three days but what needs to be known is All American Moving & Storage is a disorganized moving company. I am ok with issues happening I am willing to work with fixing them. However, I had to ask All American Moving for an apology for their errors, I had to argue with the on what was originally agreed to be done (IE my special requests), I had to constantly remind them they have to make up for their mistakes when I was asked to pay more money, and in the end I did get moved but I had to lose two additional days from work to make up for their mistake. I would NOT recommend using them at all for moving services. They don't seem to be able to schedule their men and are more interested in moving on to the next move over finishing what they have promised. (I am sure they will response to my review with "on Tuesday we weren't allowed in the new unit and had to rebook for the next day" This was true, however if the move was fully conducted on first day there would not have been issues moving the next day.)

It was a nightmare. Stuff we paid for them to pack arrived damaged. Furniture arrived damaged. A statue was shattered. Stuff disappeared. At our new location, movers arrived hours late, and there were only two of them, so it took until evening before our goods were inside. We submitted a claim for the minimum allowed, a check was sent, and it BOUNCED! Don't be fooled by their smooth front end sales pitch and remember what you just read here.
